Felt so great to back to nature, back to my training ground, back to where I started off running to defend my title. Been participated in the Forest Trail Run for Three Years straight from year 2014, 2015, 2016.

2nd placing, 1st placing, 1st placing in 9km Men Open. Even though there's no cash prize offered in this event, but I like the green environment, the lovely smile from all the volunteers, the kind hearted services, lovely environment they provide to us before, during and at the end of the event.

You will get, Cold Mineral Water, Banana, Watermelon, Nasi Lemak, 100 Plus, Gardenia Bread, and Milo at the end of the event. There's also booth that selling products like Sworke, Garmin, Lifeline ID and others at the special promotional rate.

Is an event organized by runners (Kepong MultiSport Team) for runners. Thanks to the Team !

Here's my March Plan with Me video! This month I decided to attempt a minimalist, open-concept theme with sakuras or cherry blossoms. I don't think my sakura flowers look that great haha but it's fine I guess hehe.
