Have been exercising lately so I don’t have time to think about all the stressful thing 👏🏻 Gonna write my online grocery shopping list so can enjoy cooking time with my new kitchen BFF again lol.

Today pattern pattern a bit. Seeing all my fellow workout buddy @huangqiming and @gojojojojogoh , and other challengers’ interesting video with canggih editing skills, I too wanna make my video slightly more interesting. (This video inspired by Qiming’s)
So I wanted to play with a bit of styling (the sweat suit look) hence, I decided to wear my new outfit. Just didn’t expect it to be soooooooooooooooooooooooo 🥵 HOT!!!! It’s wool inside. Before starting the burpees I was already burning 🔥!!!!!!!!!! (Ps: in an aircon room)
50 burpees in this sweat suit is no joke 🥴 How did those people do it? Wearing sweatsuit to workout!?!?! Or maybe mine is thicker..... anyway..... I did it and I sweat like crazy today.
Tomorrow resume to my sports bra and shorts!
How is everyone doing? I have received some messages from challengers in their first week, they experience great muscle soreness on their arms and shoulders mostly. Yes, for full burpees that’s the first part you will feel sore. Only some feel sore on their core. Try to engage more of your core. Remember engaging core doesn’t mean suck in your tummy. It means tighten your tummy, back and for me butt too. Do not hold your breath ya.... breathing actually helps you to engage core even tighter. 💡

I have NO idea where how but they can always source the COMFIEST quilted clothing. It’s literally like wearing a mattress all day long. If only they make it for adults!!
GRANDMA STYLE CHECK LIST:
Make sure you got the quilted bottoms on.
It is essential that the top does NOT match the bottoms. The more it clashes, the better.
Bottoms must be pulled up as high as possible.
Shirt MUST be tucked in to avoid air going into the tummy to cause a sore tummy.
You’re all set!
Ayla’s grandma has managed to somehow make Ayla’s podgy belly appear small because the bottoms are so poofy. I have a feeling that these bottoms will last years and you bet these will come in handy for big meals.

Hi guys! First of all thank you so so so much for 80k subscribers. I really appreciate all the support! So many of you guys have requested another "Do it with me" workout video and so I recorded this little workout yesterday! I was so sore from the my leg workout and also my back/arms/shoulder workout. I really pushed myself at the gym this week! So when I recorded this video, I was like ughh my back and arms are sore, my legs and glutes are sore too. I was like, damn it why did i choose to record it today. lol
So yeah as I've said in my video (If you didn't watch until the end of the video), a lot of you guys asked me about how to get abs definition, flat stomach, lose belly fats etc, and whether it is sufficient to do my abs exercise routine and get abs definition. It really depends on whether you have much fats around your abdominal area. If you don't have much fats, then you will see the defintion very quickly. But if you have loads of fats, then you have to do some sort of cardio. HIIT cardio is my fav, but you can always opt for running, swimming and etc. Also diet plays a very important part in getting flat stomach. So try to eat clean!

Please READ this box for more info. This video is your request to lose the Belly Pooch (and also Post-Prenancy Pooch). Here are 3 steps you will need to incorporate. First, your food intake plays a major part to a flat belly. Make sure to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet.

Second, is to do regular full body workouts, which include both cardio and strength training, at least 3 -- 4 times weekly.

And the third step is to do workouts, which train your Transverse Abdominis or your T Abs. This muscle is the deepest of all the abdominal muscles, and it holds everything in. So working on your T abs will not only contribute to a flat tummy, but is vital in preventing low back pain by stabilizing your spine and pelvis.
This is what the workout aims to do. Only 5:30 minutes long and I want you to do this workout 2 -3 times weekly for best result. It's going to be fun and sore! =)
