For me, these were the highlights of last nights pre-auction wine tasting at Sothebys Wine Hong Kong - the 5 cuvées that make up the BOND stable: 1999 BOND Vecina 2001 St. Eden 2003 Pluribus 2006 Quella 2007 Melbury With the exception of Melbury, each was the very first vintage of the cuvée. Im glad I have all of these wines and more tucked safely in my cellar... Would love to taste them together another day!

For me, these were the highlights of last night's pre-auction wine tasting at Sotheby's Wine Hong Kong - the 5 cuvées that make up the BOND stable:

1999 BOND Vecina
2001 St. Eden
2003 Pluribus
2006 Quella
2007 Melbury

With the exception of Melbury, each was the very first vintage of the cuvée.

I'm glad I have all of these wines and more tucked safely in my cellar... Would love to taste them together another day!
