凱蒂整理了一些全英文的Podcast，讓你可以在通勤時聆聽，或是做事時當作背景音，幫你訓練英文耳朵

分類總共有初級、中級、中高級以上
中級裡面再分為故事類、新聞類、其他
每一類/級我都有介紹2-3個Podcast頻道
讓你更容易找到自己喜歡的內容

在聽英文時，尤其是全英文的內容時，請一定要記得：
絕對不要因為聽不懂就糾結在那邊，聽不懂往下聽就好

選擇適合自己的程度去聽，在聽的時候，去抓你聽的懂的字，即使只有幾個單字也好，然後持續地聽，慢慢地就會進步了。

1. 有雙語故事、雙語兒童新聞
2. 這次介紹中唯一有講中文的Podcast
3. Sandy老師的兒子常會出現在節目中，聲音相當可愛

🔹English Kids Story with Katrina
平均長度：8分鐘
1. 目前上面有伊索寓言、北歐神話，還有連載中的一個長篇故事
2. 整體語速慢，適合對英文聽力比較害怕者

平均長度：10分鐘
1. 有世界各地的童話、神話...等故事
2. 有它配背景音效，可以想成有聲版的戲劇，蠻有趣的
3. 腔調不一定，由世界各地不同的小孩來講故事

🔹Short Stories for Kids: The Magic Factory of Story Telling
平均長度：10分鐘
1. 上面的故事都是這個Podcast團隊所寫的，所以內容不太一定，有些會是聽眾投稿的故事
2. 講話很有情緒高低起伏，聽起來很吸引人
3. 不過講者聲音稍微比較尖一點，可以自己評估聽的是否習慣
4. 美國腔

1. 由心靈雞湯的總編輯來講故事

1. 雖然沒更新了，但是集數還是很多
2. 這個Podcast有影片，所以如果搭配看的話像在看電視新聞XD

1. 很有名的英文學習廣播節目
2. 由兩個講者對話，就像在聽廣播
3. 一集有一個問題，讓聽眾去聽答案
4. 英國腔

🔹 Plain English
平均長度：24分鐘
1. 有各種主題的內容，論語言難度不會太難
2. 語速慢，講話清楚，但我個人覺得講話有點太慢跟平淡
3. 美國腔

🔹 TED Talks Daily (HD video)
平均長度：長度差異大，5-20分鐘
1. 內容多元，其實就是TED Talks
2. 有影片可以看，所以也可以當作TED Talks來看
3. 腔調不一定
　
　
　
📌中高級以上
中高級以上的意思是，這個節目主要母語人士在聽的，所以語言難度會因為主題而有落差，也會因為參與討論的講者不同而有所不同。另外是，這裡介紹的幾個節目，長度都算長，所以也需要對英文有較好的理解力，在聆聽上比較能夠聽得下去

1. 一集會接聽一通匿名電話
2. 主題各式各樣都有
3. 美國腔

🔹 Something You Should Know
平均長度：50分鐘
1. 各種冷知識討論與介紹
2. 像是為什麼人們會臉紅、氣象預報怎麼預測的，都蠻好玩的

🔹 The Real Story
平均長度：49分鐘
1. 由BBC製作的節目，一集節目深度討論一個議題
2. 會請不同領域的專家一起參與討論
3. 英國腔

The self-criticised, not-good-enough, self-doubting, vulnerable days can be dreadful especially during this difficult times.
When these moments hit, I’ll always take a pause, acknowledge the feelings, be understanding and be patient.
And very often, I have also found myself practicing few things that drastically improve my well beings.
Here, are the 5 things I do regularly to nourish my inner self. Hopefully they will work on you too! ☺️

1. Read.
This sounds cliche, but with all the work and house chores, reading has become one of the few ways I could learn and get inspired. It calms me on a chaotic day, and it trains me to be more focused. My mind could be freed and creative, it’s a form of meditation when I’m lost.

2. Social media detox.
Things can be fun and glamorous here. But at the same time, the negative impacts are real if I spend too much time on social media. I disconnect myself when I just want to reconnect with my inner peace or stay in the present.

3. Sweat.
Blood flow and endorphin boost. For me, four times a week and an hour each time. Exercising and sweating can be great on freshening up my mood.

4. Eat mindfully.
On the weekdays, I practice the rule of “You’re what you eat.” Take lots of greens and avoid non-healthy food which can lead to inflamation and fatigue. By doing so, I could better control my emotions and stay productive the whole day. Well, on the weekends, I do eat naughty food to feed my soul. Ultimately, getting a balance between soul and mental haha.

5. Get a good sleep.
Sometimes I take for granted for being able to sleep. A proper sleep helps me to recharge and take on the next day challenges positively.

an Investment firm with MILLIONS more dollars than you steal your original idea, base their entire campaign around it, and have it manufactured overseas for pennies to pump it out by the tens of thousands. Done dirt cheap done real fast.
In every other industry, ideas are protected by trademarks. Musicians, Authors, songwriters, painters, movies, hell even the papparazi photographers hiding behind
Trashcans get more protections than designers over their “art”. But fashion is just an open field for stealing ideas with no protections for the person being stolen from.
The thief is protected by the legal system which favors the one with the most 💵MONEY and the most lawyers.
