就先看到了艾彼針對沙威瑪事件的文章，
內容談的是「瞬間說服」的力量與方式，
讓我想起在受催眠訓練時的二三事，
在催眠手法中有所謂的「瞬間催眠」，
可以讓個案瞬間進入淺層催眠狀態，

簡單來說，催眠跟說服人心的本質有一點像。

在艾彼的分享中替我們歸納出五大元素：
簡單、利益、跳脫常規、同理.……等等
這些元素會在短時間大腦還來不及反應時，
帶著我們根據當下錯誤的本能做出決定。

人類的大腦分成三個系統，
只有所謂的大腦皮質能進行複雜的推論，
但需要花比較多的時間，
催眠的過程也有點類似這樣，
只不過瞬間說服術是用來推銷商品，
或是引導他人接受自己的建議，
催眠則是支持個案跳脫習慣的思考方式，
找到處理困境時更有創意的方式。
（難怪這麼多人想學催眠來做行銷XD)

今天艾彼睡前，要從「沙威瑪之亂」和大家談談 瞬間說服術 Flipnosis。

瞬間說服術這詞，出處不明，但有個英國學者 Kevin Dutton 出了一本書 Flipnosis: The Art of Split Second Persuation，書裡面做了一連串大腦為什麼這麼容易被說服的討論。

艾彼幫大家做個總結，簡言之，大腦其實是很偷懶的構造，它會以經驗去判斷訊息是否能夠被相信，也就是所謂的 捷思偏誤/認知偏誤 ，大腦採取這個方式可以很有效節省時間，讓我們做出最快速的決策。但，快速不一定正確。書裡面認為，這就是大腦為什麼「傾向相信」的主要原因。

由此可見，如果你要減少被騙的機率，就要打從心裡就對自己的大腦下一個暗示「老娘/老子我就是不相信！」然後再由對方說的話，慢慢找出例證、反例，仔細思索加以反駁。但這過程，要很有意識進行，很累嘛，所以偷懶的大腦就會找出各式各樣的方法，讓他可以更快做出決定，去相信或不相信，進而採取行動。

好，討論完大腦「傾向相信」的原罪。咱們來說說這篇文章之所以能「取信於人」的關鍵。（如果你真的覺得太丟臉，你可以分享本文，然後說，「我朋友真的信噎！」記得，不要承認你朋友就是你。）

首先，瞬間說服術有幾項原則，五個字的字頭合起來剛好簡稱SPICE。作者認為善用瞬間說服術，相當於人生的調味品。

＊簡潔 Simplicity:

我們的大腦喜歡簡單的事物，越是簡單的事物越容易被大腦吸收。

這篇文章呈現本身，完全沒有複雜的事物。連「增生肉質組織」這名詞看起來都相當直覺。完全不需要google或Wiki你就會懂這詞的意思。

＊動之以利 Perceived self-interest:

人只關心和自己自身相關的事情。現代人對健康的重視很高，尤其在食安問題後，對於食物的標準更不敢掉以輕心。

這網友一開始就說「沙威瑪這種低等生物，隨便吃隨便長」，這時候你的大腦不會開始想到食安問題和沙威瑪對健康造成的影響嗎？

＊不按牌理出牌 Incongruity:

就在這網友講的很正經，什麼要小心不能切到沙威核時，突然來個急轉直下，說小時候不小心戳到沙威核，沙威瑪就葛屁了。

「蝦米，葛屁了？」這部分挑戰的是你的情緒，人只會對引發情緒的事情有感，當人的情緒被引發，大腦就更無法理性思考和運作了。

＊自信 Confidence:

自信會有光環效應，講得一本正經自己很相信，別人就會開始自我懷疑。看到這裡，你的大腦是否開始懷疑，「靠邀，該不會只有我不懂？莫非只有我沒看過？」

這網友還說「算是科普」，以科普來幫自己背書啊！這理論就和專家受訪，為何背後都要有一排書是一樣的道理。因為需要有東西撐腰，靠著講話比較大聲嘛。

＊同理 Empathy:

訴諸「相似性」，人在心理上就是會對和自己相似的人有好感，也會傾向相信對方說的話。

這網友和我們最大的相似性，就是「我們都是人」啊。我們都是關心自己健康的人啊，這網友都說「害我到現在都不感吃沙威瑪..」了，你會開始懷疑「到底我過去吃的是什麼....」，進一步升起一股反胃感完全是正常的（推眼鏡）。

好了，夜深了。該睡了。笑完應該很好入眠。但艾彼講的，可是句句屬實啊。Kevin Dutton 書中有很多有趣的例子，和我一樣用功的人可以自己去吞掉它。不想用功的人，能像這位網友一樣活用艾彼講的這些花招，也算你夠強了！！
