《世界建築節入圍名單》

世界建築節（World Architecture Festival，簡稱WAF）為國際建築界除了普立茲克建築獎之外，規模最大、聲望最高的盛事之一。

每年在不同的城市舉辦，將世界各地的建築師、設計師集聚一堂。今年第13個年，將在葡萄牙里斯本舉辦。

本屆WAF/INSIDE共收到來自78個國家的1399件報名作品，其中560件作品入圍。

完工項目與景觀項目單元297件作品入圍，我們挑選了幾個作品。以下依序：

So, news is out on the current Heightened Measures that will ease progressively from 14 June, with social gatherings increasing from 2 to 5 now🧍‍♀️

But still no dining out, fitness centres and other sports facilities remain to close etc up until 21 June where hopefully they can all be resumed *IF* the situation remains under control.

How we tide through this pandemic remains as a collective effort from every single one of us.

Tbh, even though MOH said motorcyclists are not required to wear a mask while riding, I do! Even under my balaclava and full face helmet cuz #doubleprotection 😁

I’ve also been using the back of my bike key to press the floor level when taking lifts, and keeping my riding gloves on when I open or close doors 😂 How about you?

不特定多数の人から少額の寄付金や事業資金を集めるクラウドファンディングの場合、その募集目的や事業計画の信憑性を見極めるのはかなり難しい。最大手のキックスターターを含め、業者への規制が皆無に等しいからだ。

しかしキックスターターやインディーゴーゴー、ゴーファンドミーなどの企業が、詐欺の被害者が出ないように何らかの対策を取っているかと言えば、答えはノーだ。彼らは、資金を募るプロジェクトの信頼性を保証していないし、詐欺と分かっても返金には応じない。その一方、自社サイトに集まる資金から一定の手数料を差し引いている。

Q The Oneと同一の形状の自転車が安く販売されていますが、どういう関連があるのでしょうか？　また、The Oneの設計は United City Bikesが独自に行った物でしょうか？
A : United City Bikes CEOのダークは自転車産業で20年ほどマーケティングの専門家としての経験を持ちます。弊社が中国のスタートアップと知り合ったのは２年前ほどになります。当時はTHE ONEのプロトタイプの開発段階にあり、いくつかの試作品を開発しておりました。そんな中、インターナショナル基準に合わせて彼ら（中国のスタートアップ）とともに開発に取り組んでまいりました。
今回のクラウドファンディングは、弊社が生産ラインを確立するための資金調達として行われました。今では大成功に終わったクラウドファンディングも、始まる前は先の見えない冒険であったため、私たちは中国のスタートアップにTHE ONEを中国国内市場で自分達のブランド「Song of Youth」としての販売権を認めました。その事を今では、間違った判断だったと思っています。
