This frame has been specifically designed to be ridden on any kind of Skatepark, Dirt jumps or transition. Aimed at the rider that likes to go fast and high this all round frame will hold its own at any session.

Choosing the frame length largely depends on your height and the general rule is the taller you are the longer your frame.

The 215 frame has been updated and now features S Bend tapered chain stays which allow for running a 31T sprocket with better chain line. It has a 8.8″ stand over height is made from 4130 Japanese Sanko tubing, features an invest cast seat stay bridge, both top and down tube gussets and is designed to be light without compromising on strength.

「Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe | Pery Smith 2-in-1 Multi Chopper Unboxing Review | Fast Easy | 番茄肉醬意面」

Who else loves Spaghetti Bolognese like me? It's rich, saucy, meaty sauce and the ultimate comfort food. The best part is this version of Bolognese Sauce is no chopping required as you can simply do that in a food chopper or blender! Today I'm using @Perysmith 2-in-1 Multi Chopper, it's a time saver and cut the cooking time down dramatically.

Here's the Ingredients:
100G Onion
100G Celery
100G Carrot
2 Clover Garlic
1TBSP Olive Oil
1 Stalk Fresh Oregano
1TSP Salt
1/2TSP Black Pepper
400G Canned Tomato
200ML Water
150ML Milk
400G Minced Beef
400G Pasta Noodles

I found a cheap standing soba restaurant in Kamata! We visited "Miyoshian" in Ota-ku, Tokyo. Immediately after exiting the west exit of Kamata Station, it is a stand-up soba restaurant with a large sign that says "cheap, fast, delicious". "Cheap and fast" standing soba is a strong ally for business people who are busy with work! Here you can eat the cheapest kake soba for a whopping 200 yen. Please see the cheap soba noodles!
