Putting myself out there and giving my best effort for 7 short days
I know I’m still far from a decent skater
But now I’m able to express myself through skateboarding
Remember the last time you told yourself “Maybe I’m too old for this.”
Either that’s a hobby, a skill, or a language
Now I challenge you to give it a genuine try
Even for just for one week
You would be amazed by how much potential you could unleash
One of the most uncomfortable things to do in life is
Learn something that you don’t already know
It exposes your weaknesses
And sometimes, makes you stupid
But the extraordinary thing is
On the other side of fear
Lies the most rewarding and accomplishing moments
