一場疫情對大部分的人都帶來很大的影響,昨天聽到了一個很好的長輩的一些狀況！
令我覺得很擔心！

本來這長輩是一個很活潑性格開朗喜歡開玩笑,很會安排很多活動很多節目給自己的老人家！因為這場疫情他必須把所有的朋友聚會和節目都暫停,都只可以悶在家裡！他的子女孫子們都沒辦法回來看他,他又擔心小朋友在外面是否安全,很擔心他們在外被感染！

不知不覺這一個疫情已經蠻長的一段時間了！大家的生活有了很大的改變,尤其對老人家,他們平常過著退休的生活和老朋友出去吃飯、聊天、唱歌、跳舞、打麻將、運動、晨運等等！因為這一場疫情都令他們沒辦法正常舉行這些活動,他們都必須關在家裡,無所事事的變成他們會想東想西,在家裡悶都悶出問題來了,尤其是影響到他們的情緒！

我這位長輩突然間變得很悲觀很沒有活力,他太太就帶他去看醫生結果得了嚴重的憂鬱症！因為他一直講說自己活不長,一直講很多悲觀的的話,真的很令人擔心！

其實我今天分享出這些事,我是想說在這疫情的情況下,我們可能沒辦法和在外工作地家人相聚見面！我覺得不只是老人家有情緒上問題,其實一般人年輕人也會有情緒上的問題！所以如果我們身邊不管是朋友、親戚、鄰居等！其實大家在這時候應該多關懷彼此,在這時候我們大家應該互相關心、鼓勵、支持、關懷！可以多找對方聊天談談心！

希望這疫情趕快過去！希望大家都可以恢復到以前開心快樂正常的生活！我們大家一起加油！

My uncle suddenly became very pessimistic and lacking energy. His wife took him to the doctor and got severe depression! Because he keeps saying that he will not live long, and keeps saying a lot of pessimistic things!
I think it's not just the elderly who have emotional problems, in fact, most young people also have emotional problems! So if we are around friends, relatives, neighbors, etc.! In fact, everyone should care more about each other. At this time, we should all care about, encourage, support, and care for each other! You can talk to each other more! I hope this epidemic will pass quickly!

【齊心協力 務必落實防疫措施】(#5月20日最新)
Hand in Hand, Follow the Preventive Measures, and Keep the Pandemic at Bay ( #May20 )

本校於5月20日上午接獲通報，出現一例確診個案。個案為本校學生，已依照防疫規定進行隔離治療。該同學並未住宿校內，且自5月13日後即未曾進入校園。學校已進行相關疫調，該生與本校附設醫院染疫事件無關。

學校已採取相關所需的防疫措施慎重因應，亦依據該同學提供的資料聯絡相關接觸者，通知進行居家隔離或自主健康管理；並框列所接觸的公共場所地點，相關接觸場域已暫時關閉並進行環境消毒。

隨著疫情警戒提升，社區感染的風險也隨之提高。現除所有課程全面改以遠距教學方式進行，#校園活動亦採停辦、#延期或改以線上方式進行之措施外，#請所有師生同仁遵循防疫要求，#停止非必要的公務、#學習交流，#並停止各館舍間的人員流動，#減少群聚感染風險。

再次提醒全校教職員工生，務必減少人與人間的接觸，如出現疑似症狀，應確實配戴醫用口罩，儘速至附近社區採檢醫院就醫，且不得搭乘大眾交通運輸工具；就醫時，應主動告知接觸史、旅遊史、職業暴露及身邊是否出現其他人有類似症狀。盼全校教職員工生皆能落實防疫措施，確保大家健康平安。

The University was notified this morning (May 20) that an NTU student had been tested positive for COVID-19 who is currently being quarantined in accordance with relevant regulations. The student does not live in the dormitory and since May 13 has not set foot on campus. The University has conducted investigation of abovementioned case and found that the student and the NTUH staff are separate infection incidents.

The University has taken necessary preventive measures and notified people as per the student’s contact history to carry out home quarantine or self-health management. The public places visited by the student has been listed and the University premises visited by the student have been temporarily closed and disinfected.

As the Alert Level rises, the risk of community infection increases as well. Currently, all classes are taught remotely and campus events are either suspended, postponed, or held online. Faculty, staff, and students must follow the preventive measures, suspend non-urgent administrative or educational exchanges, as well as avoid exchanges among staff and students from different premises to minimize the risk of cluster infection.

Last but not lease, please be reminded to minimize contacts with other people and wear a mask if you have suspected symptoms. If you do, please immediately seek medical attention at a nearby hospital for COVID-19 testing. Please do not use any public transportation. When in the hospital for treatment, please voluntarily tell the physician your contact and travel history, potential occupational exposure to the virus, as well as people around you with similar symptoms. The University is asking you all to observe all the preventive measures to safeguard your and others’ health and safety.

最近因為冠狀病毒疫情升溫，其實我很猶豫這次COVER要不要外拍，也為此擔心了很久，最後決定在上午能避開人潮的時段拍攝。這次拍攝除了上鏡時間外我都有將口罩戴好，拍攝時也都和路人保持距離以免接觸，大家不用擔心！不過因應疫情，近期我會暫緩拍攝一陣子，也請大家保持好健康，沒有什麼比健康更重要了！

Finally, I decided to shoot it in the morning in order to avoid the crowd. I wear the mask all the time except for the shooting period, and I keep proper distance from the passersby. I’m here at this press conference today for one reason - I’d like to tell you in my own words how sorry I truly am. I have to express my deepest apologies to my family, my wife’s family, our friends and all those who have loved me because I‘ve made a mistake. A mistake which I can never make up for. A mistake that is unforgivable. Because of this wrong that I’ve done, I’ve been reviewing and reflecting on my behaviour. Indeed, I’ve made a disgrace of myself. That’s why I’m here today to tell you that I shall bear full responsibility for what I’ve done.

It is true that I was under the heavy influence of alcohol that day, but being drunk can in no way excuse the grave mistake that I’ve made. I have felt deeply regretful for what I’ve done. I have found it difficult to face and accept myself. After reading the news report, I have found myself and my behaviour most shameful, deplorable, abominable, disgusting and absurd. I have pondered and reflected deeply on why I had not been able to exercise better self control and why lust would have had the better of me.

I shall bear full responsibility for what I’ve done. To that end, I shall do two things. The first thing is that I shall suspend all projects at hand until I found good in myself again and I have examined the way I’ve been conducting myself. The second thing is that I have, from the bottom of my soul, found myself to be ridiculous. Because of my wrongful behaviour, people around me, who have loved me, have been facing up to immense stress and pain. I hope that I could properly make it up to all those on whom I have inflicted pain. This report has made me reflect deeply on what I’ve done. The worst mistake that I’ve committed here is that I’ve gone astray from my former self. Last but not least, I need to say this to all those who have loved me once again: I have brought shame on you all; I’ve been wrong and I’m sorry. I’m sorry, Sammi. Hong Kong 100 runners, some suffering from hypothermia, board a shuttle bus at checkpoint 8 at dawn on Sunday (January 24, 2016) after the race was suspended.

150th Scouts and St John Ambulance staff helped scores of cold, wet, and exhausted runners in the early hours of Sunday, 83 kilometers into the race.

Temperatures in Hong Kong plunged to the lowest point in almost 60 years, forcing organisers of the Vibram® Hong Kong 100 to suspend the race in the early hours of Sunday morning (January 24). The summit of Hong Kong’s tallest mountain, Taimoshan, was covered in frost and ice, with temperatures dropping below -5.

The course involves a cumulative elevation gain of over 4500 meters and the cut-off time is 30 hours.
