唐閣服務殷切,點心精緻好食😊 #鮑魚花膠酥 嘅酥皮牛油味香濃,做得酥脆,比其他中菜廳好食,不過花膠本身味道較淡,份量較少,被鮑魚搶去風頭😅 #灌湯餃 而家好少見到啦,所以就算價錢稍貴都一人點咗一客試下😝 灌湯餃皮好薄,但裝到唔少湯呢!餡料亦好豐富,仲有唔少鮮蝦肉,餡料鮮香,湯頭都好鮮甜☺️ #招牌蟹蓋 每次嚟都要encore,絲絲蟹肉,非常足料🦀 第一次試 #蟹鉗,原來一樣真材實料,彈牙鮮味,值得一試😉
甜品除咗Encore層層酥脆嘅 #蛋撻 之外,今次亦試下 #蜜瓜椰青凍糕 🍈🥥 蜜瓜嘅香甜配上椰青嘅清甜,消暑清新!

[香港 尖沙咀] 母親節去咗The Langham, Hong Kong 香港朗廷酒店 嘅 #米芝蓮3星 #中菜廳 T'ang Court at The Langham, Hong Kong 香港朗廷酒店- 唐閣慶祝🌟🌟🌟 因為仲有限聚令,所以我哋一家𝟞口都要分兩張檯😂 之前食過𝕥𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕦,所以今次就𝔸 𝕝𝕒 𝕔𝕒𝕣𝕥𝕖點咗好多招牌菜式,餐廳服務好殷切,又俾我相機食先完再分菜☺️ 如果多人來食嘅話,散叫絕對更加划算,而且又可以點自己想食嘅菜式,今次幾乎試晒所有我最想試嘅唐閣菜式!

白蘆筍當造,餐廳有好多以 #白蘆筍 入饌嘅菜式,點咗呢個季節限定嘅阿拉斯加蟹肉白蘆筍羹,好鮮甜,蟹肉嘅鮮甜同白蘆筍嘅清香非常配合🦀

#片皮鴨 就食得多, #片皮雞 真係第一次食。店員即席片雞,雞片好脆口,食落直情有鏗鏘嘅脆皮聲😝餅皮亦全程暖住,包住京蔥食,好有風味!仲可以一雞兩味,我哋就揀咗 #生菜包雞崧,爽口嘅生菜片包著滿滿嘅雞崧,味道唔錯😋

#叉燒 非常鬆化,肥瘦均勻,肉質軟嫩,不過略嫌豬本身嘅肉味唔夠突出。

呢個完全係高級中菜廳版既 #蝦多士,果然比普通冰室食到嘅更香脆,蝦肉彈牙爽口,多士唔會太油膩,正🦐

#唐閣 招牌,再食依然覺得啖啖蟹肉好滿足🦀

#琵琶豆腐 有蝦嘅鮮香,外面炸得微微帶脆,入面嫩滑香口,淋上慷慨嘅蟹肉芡汁,送飯一流🍚

炒飯粒粒分明,但和牛就唔係好食到😂

龍蝦新鮮彈牙,份量亦足,伊麵就偏腍🦞

魚肉實淨彈牙,鮮味十足,好有鑊氣🍶

•唐閣寶盒飯 Baked Seafood Rice with Cream Sauce in Crab Shell
•X.O.醬煎腸粉 (脆皮) Crispy Cheung Fun Rice Flour Rolls with X.O. Sauce, the amazing concoction which was pretty much a 'movement' invented from here, and hence Chefs that graduated from the Tang Court lineage also brought it to their respective restaurants, such as Ying Jee 營致會館.

Since we only ate as 2 people this round 👫, our Menu ordering was restricted. Ideally if you had 4~8 patrons, Tang Court 唐閣 apart from being famous for their Charsiu and above Cheung Fun, are super famous for their Lobster Dishes, certain Vegetarian creations, also Chicken. Must orders for me or others visiting next time, include their Award Winning 🥇 三蔥爆龍蝦, or personally 黃金焗龍蝦, 金錢鮮蝦球 is a must, 蜂巢煎封銀鱈魚, 砵酒焗生蠔, 富貴鹽香雞 or 唐閣片皮雞, 鵝肝醬鬼馬乳鴿甫, 蓮蓉西米焗布甸, etc..
