▎二手物難賣-七要訣助你成功開市▎
當了媽媽以後發現錢真的不夠用(好啦我承認是我愛買),也養成了懶媽儘可能以舊換新,補貼新品入荷差額的習慣。
近五年的二手育兒用品銷售經驗,雖稱不上攻無不克,但也有近七八成的勝率。
以懶媽自己的經驗來說,育兒用品的替換率高,所以不少媽媽會改買二手用品。
現代人物質生活豐盛,東西用到爛的機會大幅降低,許多二手商品其實少用近新,多數人也逐漸接受二手物品,因此只要用對方式,就能提高成交機會。
➀ #盡量買有品牌的物品 Brand Products
懶媽進了機械加工業後才知道,為什麼有些玩具雖然外表長很像,但價格差很大,原因就在於玩具的精細度。
以機械加工業來說,工件精度差了個0,價格也許就差了一倍不止。
品牌商提供的價值就在於精度的管控。
就拿樂高來說,有些白牌的積木,要不太緊要不太鬆,玩起來便沒那麼順手。
有牌物品雖然價高,但比質也相對好,不只較不易損壞,物品的細節更是精緻細膩,出清時一定找得到固定支持者願意買單。
➁ #找出自己的目標客群 Target Audience
一個人所在的區域、身份(example: 全職媽、職業媽)、興趣,會影響一個人購物的決定。
以懶媽自己來說,我人在高雄,是個職業媽媽,在育兒用品上對偏教育類的繪本讀本桌遊及開放性玩法的積木較有興趣。
所以我在出售二手物品時,也會儘量找相同背景的群組銷售,像是找高雄媽媽群、二手繪本群、桌遊群等。
媽媽也有不同的嗜好,有些喜歡買衣服、有些喜歡育兒用品,但可能各自有品牌的愛好。
在銷售平台上銷售物品雖然方便,但能見度較低,若能在LINE群組或FB社團中先鎖定目標客群,銷售速度會更快,避免物品越積越多的可能。
如果在一個社群久了,更了解客群的屬性及消費行為,販售二手物的過程也會更加順利。
➂ #標題清楚 Clear Title
這年頭大家都很忙,下標時最好包含品牌、品名、新舊、尺寸、顏色、缺損細節
有些人只買特定品牌玩具衣物、又或者只搜集該牌玩具,標註清楚不僅能增加被看見的機會,有興趣的人也能一眼看清楚這樣東西究竟是不是他所想要的。況且標示清楚不僅能減少雙方一來一往的溝通,也能減輕彼此耗費的時間與精力。
➃ #產品介紹很重要 Product Introduction
人會決定買某樣東西,除了需要外,一定是那個當下被產品的介紹文吸引,從而決定購買這個產品。
行銷人員精心撰寫的銷售點,充滿了誘惑人心的賣點。
能讓你心動的台詞,必定也能讓他人心動。想辦法改以自己的話重新敘述產品,加上孩子的使用心得,更令人感受到真心實意的推薦。
example: 多元學習、激發興趣、訓練精細肌肉、感官發展、避免學習偏食。
➄ #搭配組合 Bundle Sale
不知道大家有沒有去二手電影院看過電影,懶媽以前常去,因為一次可以看兩部電影,雖然一定是熱門電影搭配冷門電影。
將熱門商品與冷門品項綁定合售,能提高冷門品項成交的機會,搭配性的銷售還能增加產品豐富性,也令人覺得整體CP值較高。
➅ #價錢合理 Reasonable Price
怎麼樣的價錢叫合理價呢?
車子落地半價,更何況是使用過的玩具物品。以我來說,小孩穿過的衣物,就算衣況好,懶媽也多是贈送處理,全新來不及穿的衣物才會採轉售方式。
價錢部份,建議比市場二手最低價再便宜個50-200塊,買方比較後通常會挑選物況差不多,但價錢相對便宜的物品購入。
➆ #賣得掉比賺回成本重要 Sold out Rocks
沒有賣不出去的產品,只有賣不出去的價錢。
玩具衣物等,有些是有流行性的,放久了只會跌價,絕對不會漲價。
除非物品狀況極優、部件未曾缺損髒汙、新品價格水漲船高,二手物才有機會維持舊價或創下新高。
懶媽過去曾轉售幾本熱門的絕版立體操作書,就算價格翻倍賣,依舊順利賣出。原因只是因為立體操作書容易破損,又因為絕版,新的買不到,要買到的狀態極佳的二手書根本全憑運氣。除非了解相關市場,才有機會做此操作。
物品久放有什麼缺點?
東西越放越舊,也只會越加難賣;家中空間被佔據,生活空間被壓縮;取得成本不變,沉沒成本增加,到最後不得不降價求售,心理更不平衡。
看完以上七點,是否覺得出清東西換現金非常麻煩?所以購物時更要考量清楚日後處置物品的相關成本。
天底下沒有不勞而獲的事,想出清換現金一定做點功課。
懶媽這個人怕麻煩,出清物品耗費精神力氣時間,所以難賣的小物多直接贈送,若要出售物品,會先累積到特定數量,一次出清,追求一擊必中,免得自己時不時都得回應潛在買家的各式問題。

Last April, the government issued a royal decree. (P.E. The school. A.. ) 3 edition. Total value of 1.9 trillion Baht which is a measure to heal the COVID-19 big set.

P.E. The school. July 2, the issue of government issued as a tool for national bank is a par. The school. A.. The government doesn't have to take additional loan, but it's a national bank power to help manage liquidity to the target audience during the COVID-19 crisis.
Normally, National Bank takes care of liquidity in the overview. When the situation is back to normal condition and it's due to pay. Both debtors and SMEs loans need to pay back. Help is not a welfare or stimulating scheme. A government loan-based economy is a source of funding which government needs to earn or collect future tax to pay back.
And the reason why I have to go to the hospital. The school. A.. Another part because of policy with the government. The cuddle states will pay the first 6 months interest to SMEs and compensate no more than the limit or proportion if the 2 measures are damaged.
The cuddle states must join in compensation is necessary because the current situation has high uncertainty. It can't predict whether the COVID-19 outbreak will be severe or when it will end.
The impact on the economy may be extended. The problem may not be limited to liquidity. There is a chance to spread damage. Government has to contribute to the management of practices in many countries such as USA and England. Government will take responsibility for the potential damage. Arise from making policy with Central Bank or other agencies. For example, cuddle states are responsible for loan guarantee to SMEs via B.E. Because it's a policy that wants to support SMEs etc.
However, it's out of the hospital. The school. A.. Such a compensation mechanism to avoid excessive fiscal burden, such as soft loan case compensates 60-70 % of debt, which determines financial institutions to take partial damage to motivated to screening debtors to a certain extent.
While BSF will interest in higher rates than the market, BSF will be the final source of the market. And on the other hand, if profit will also be returned to land income.
Government may not have to compensate for damage if 2 measures to help SMEs make it able to continue business or ensure the stock market, private sector loan can rollover the loan.
In BSF, many people think that there is no need because there is no serious problem. But the lesson from crisis in many countries shows that preventative measures to extinguish the fire from the beginning of the wind is better than coming out when the problem rages beyond solving. The money you need to revive will be more like the Thai financial crisis in 2540 that the problem rages to damage to 1.4 trillion baht.
The measures that come out to help relieve the suffering of the people. Support business and take care of the stable of the financial economic system to be ready to move forward after the COVID-19 situation. Because Thai economic revival is a big problem waiting.Translated

《獨評專欄 l 你看懂龐畢歐的演說嗎?》
2019年2月19日,美國國務卿龐畢歐(Mike Pompeo)在密克羅尼西亞總統高峰會(Micronesia Presidents’ Summit)的演說中,罕見高調提及台灣。這篇演說稿,發佈在美國駐斐濟、吉里巴斯、諾魯、東加及吐瓦魯大使館的網頁。我國外交部也隨即在推特中表示感謝,推文最後署名JW(也就是部長吳釗燮)。
許多關心台灣外交的朋友並不一定有機會造訪台灣的邦交國。我很幸運,曾經在駐帛琉大使館服務兩年。看到這則新聞,心裡面很多感觸,也許就讓我借此機會稍微深入一點談談這則新聞。(我引用的都是公開資訊,不會涉及外交機密)
👉什麼是密克羅尼西亞總統高峰會(Micronesia Presidents’ Summit)?
這個高峰會是帛琉(Palau)、馬紹爾群島(Marshall Islands)及密克羅尼西亞聯邦(Federal States of Micronesia,簡稱FSM)三國元首的年度聚會,今年在帛琉舉行,去年則是在馬紹爾群島舉行,我國駐帛琉大使周民淦今年也應邀出席(臉書有公開照片)。
你可能會問,為什麼這三個國家的元首要聚會?或是,這三個國家有什麼共通點?
答案揭曉,這三個國家都屬於「自由聯合協定」(Compact of Free Association,簡稱COFA)。COFA是美國與這三個太平洋國家簽署的國際協定,這三個國家在成為獨立國家之前屬於美國政府的託管地(trust territory)。可以想見,COFA這三國與美國關係密切,除了財政支持外,例如帛琉沒有國防,美國必須擔起協防責任。而COFA這三個國家中,兩個是台灣的邦交國(帛琉跟馬紹爾群島),只有密克羅尼西亞聯邦跟中國建交。
這個高峰會以往都是這三個國家元首出席,地點則是輪流主辦,去年在馬紹爾舉辦時首度邀請諾魯跟吉里巴斯元首,今年援例邀請,所以一共有五個太平洋島國元首出席。如果你注意龐畢歐演說一開始的招呼,他特別向五位元首致意(President Remengesau, President Christian, President Heine, President Waqa, President Mamau, and other honorable guests. My warm greetings from Washington.)
👉為什麼龐畢歐要提及台灣?
這是個有趣的問題。
龐畢歐的演說篇幅不長,但卻在整篇演說稿中最重要的位置「突兀地」提到了台灣。事實上不僅僅是「提到」,而是完整地論述台灣的重要性。他是這樣說的:台灣也是一個民主成功故事,一個可信賴的夥伴,更是世界上向善的力量。如同副總統彭斯所言:「美國將永遠相信台灣擁抱民主是一個得到國際支持的例子。我們尊重且支持你們所做持續支持台灣的決定。我們也要求你們加入世界上理念相近夥伴,支持委內瑞拉人民,他們正努力在他們國家重建民主及法治。」

有注意到嗎?這其實是很不尋常的演說稿,特別是對於美國國務卿而言。首先,這不是談兩岸或美台關係的場子,這是美國國務卿在太平洋島國元首高峰會的的演說,但龐畢歐卻在演說中提及這五個島國與美國共享對民主承諾之後,突然把演講重心轉到了台灣。
應該要問的是,這篇演說的目標聽眾(target audience)是誰?是五個太平洋島國元首?還是別人?
我個人認為,龐畢歐的目標聽眾是中國。
作為一個幕僚,我也曾幫不同長官寫過演說稿。龐畢歐的幕僚,如果沒有被特別指示,是不可能在這個演說稿中花這麼多篇幅提到台灣的。在一般情形下寫出這種稿子,文膽幕僚大概被罵「文不對題」。但顯然,這篇演說稿意在言外,非但不是文不對題,而是刻意撰寫。
👉演說稿公布的方式
之前已經提到,今年的峰會在帛琉舉行。全世界只有三個國家在帛琉設有大使館,分別是美國、日本跟我國。照道理說,龐畢歐的演說稿應該要公佈在美國駐帛琉大使館的網頁。
這是這篇演說稿最令人玩味之處,因為這篇演說稿公布在美國駐斐濟、吉里巴斯、諾魯、東加及吐瓦魯大使館的網頁。非常有趣,密克羅尼西亞總統高峰會的主角是COFA三個國家(帛琉、馬紹爾群島及密克羅尼西亞聯邦),高峰會地點在帛琉,美國在這三個國家都有分別設立大使館,但新聞稿卻選擇公佈在美國駐斐濟、吉里巴斯、諾魯、東加及吐瓦魯大使館(大使館位於斐濟首都蘇瓦)的網頁,而斐濟、吉里巴斯、諾魯、東加及吐瓦魯這五個國家中,三個國家(吉里巴斯、諾魯與吐瓦魯)跟台灣有邦交。
分析至此,必須停筆。
外交很有趣,細微之處(nuance)常常都藏在魔鬼之中。再回過頭看外交部的推特貼文,是不是又有另一番意涵呢?
