【濃厚お豆腐ガトーショコラ】
ガトーショコラといえばチョコ好きにはたまらない至極のケーキですよね。でもやっぱりちょっとカロリーが高い……
そこで今回は、お豆腐を使ったヘルシーなガトーショコラを作ってみました。
ほろ苦でチョコ味がしっかりしていて、こてっと濃厚!お豆腐感もほぼ感じなくてとても美味しく仕上がります。
1ボウルで出来上がるので、洗い物も少なくかなりお手軽なレシピになっています。
材料さえ揃えたら、あとは面倒くさい工程はなし!お豆腐の水切りも必要なし。
ヘルシーなのに絶品のガトーショコラをぜひお試しください。お好みに合わせて紅茶やコーヒーと合わせるとまた美味しいですよ!!
〈材料〉
☆絹豆腐 240g
☆卵 1個
☆砂糖 50g
★薄力粉 30g
★ココアパウダー 大さじ2
◯ブラックチョコレート 50g

After arranging even the materials, there is no other troublesome process! It is also unnecessary to drain tofu.

Ingredients:
butter 130g ( 1/2 cup+ 4Tbsp)
large eggs 3
sugar 200g (1cup)
salt 1/4 Tsp
vanilla 2 Tsp
All-purpose flour 80g (3/4 cup)
cocoa powder 30g ( 1/3 cup) (15g if you like less bitter)
semi-sweet dark chocolate 150g (1 cup)
Method:
Mix melted butter, sugar, salt, eggs and vanilla in a big bowl
sift flour and cocoa powder on top
fold the flour in ten add chopped chocolate
mix gently
line an 11" x 9" pan with parchment paper
pour the butter in then bake for 25 - 30 mins on a 170°C preheated the oven.
let it cool down then cut into square pieces
Notes:
if your pan size is smaller than this it may take longer to bake
stop baking when a few crumbs stick to the toothpick when inserted.
if you like less bitter use half the cocoa powder

Vegan Tofu Brownies
Difficulty: Super Easy
Time: 45min
Number of servings: 15cm (6inch) cake pan
Ingredients:
100g (3.5oz.) Kinugoshi-Dofu (Silken Tofu)
75ml soy milk
5 tbsp. granulated sugar
100g (3.5oz.) cake flour *all purpose flour is OK
3 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
30g (1oz.) chopped walnuts *if you have
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 356F (180C).
2. Drain Tofu and place it in a bowl. Add soy milk and sugar, then mix well.
3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then mix well. Add chopped walnuts if you have.
4. Pour the batter into the pan and even out the surface. Bake at 356F (180C) for 30~40 min. Check for doneness with a fresh skewer.
Leave to cool then wrap in plastic wrap or put in an airtight container to keep it moist till the next day!
