The Amazing Race（中譯：驚險大挑戰或極速前進）是我一直以來都非常喜愛的美國真人實境秀，如果要我用一句話來形容這個節目，大概就是老派的「繞著地球跑，」十一支隊伍參賽者均從美國出發，按照指令花兩個禮拜的時間跑遍全球各大洲，在完成各種上山下海的任務之餘，還得對抗時差和其他隊友的競爭。每一集結束時淘汰一支隊伍。在每集任務都完成後，也會在美國結束，最先到達終點的，則可拿下一百萬美元的獎金。這個節目因此帶我認識了許多世界上非第一線的城市，透過第29季的內容，讓我認識了挪威西部的奥勒松Alesund。衝著這個理由，讓我在第一次到達挪威時把奧勒松排進行程裡面，好讓身為影迷的我和Ｃ方便朝聖。

The calm before the storm. Chilling out before our 6 hour race tonight at 6pm. We’ve done two days of testing here at @utahmotorsportscampus The car feels great and this track is pretty amazing we are ready to go! The facilities and staff here are great. If you ever have a chance to drive this track, you will definitely enjoy it. Other than the intense heat, I like Utah more and more. Whoever saw my last post and called the racetrack to express concern, thanks for that but it wasn’t that serious. I still have the poison ivy rash but it’s getting better. In all my videos, i compliment black, white, asian and all races including MALES. When it comes to complimenting mixed people, it is considered “fetishising”? Just because i mentioned i KIND OF wanted a mixed kid in the future? I also said right after that it doesn't have to be WHITE BLACK OR ASIAN OR ANYONE. when you fall in love, the race just doesn't matter. How come it became FETISHISING?

I was a little ahead of my time because video sharing platforms were premature back then. I Vlogged so that I can remember my experiences back then. Episode 10 - Winter 2005
This was my first snow in USA. I've seen snow before in China, Japan and a few other countries. It was amazing. My school is located very far from big cities, our water is crystal clear, so is our snow. My good friend, Paris, made me a Malaysian instant noodle called Maggi Curry, and it made me cry. Having such comfort food in a faraway land in the snow, was heavenly.
I've friends all around the world, different races, different religion, different skin color, different languages, and I was also a part of this organization called ICE (International Cultural Experience). From here, we've learnt to respect each other's skin color, religion, language, race (very different from the toxic YouTube comment section today, where keyboard losers without profile pictures are sending hate hiding themselves from their own miserable lives, don't you agree?)
If you've got friends from another race, religion, culture, skin color, cherish them. Consider it a huge blessing. There are many things you guys can learn from each other. Learn to be a little less toxic and make this world a better place.
