🌟 Kiwami Wagyu 9+ Sirloin, Dry Aged 45 Days in "Duck 🦆 Fat".
Similar to the above Fried Chicken Confit, which also had a duck fat treatment. This comparing with the Beef Dry Aged on its own Wagyu Fat at @silenciohk recently. Interesting comparisons! The veggies radish & roasted potatoes here were executed very well, this u have to give credit to.

Are you ready for the first-ever 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐊𝐈𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑? Look forward to an exciting one-off menu where a series of four 4-hands collaborations between MICHELIN Plate and Bib Gourmand restaurants and street food establishments taking place across the months of January to March 2021.
The four menu collaborations are:

Extended Black Series 🖤 at 【Buenos Aires Polo Club, LKF Tower Central, HK 🇭🇰 】I saw @Littlemsfoodie posted her meal here, & at first I thought the HKD $148 price tag didn't include the Main Course, as it's too good to be true 🤔. It turned out it includes everything for this Lunch Course. What attracted me in however was the overall Menu Planning balance, as I am actually a big fan of:
•Spring Italian Panzanella Salad 🥗
•Duck Fat Fries with Garlic Parsley 🍟
•Main Course is General Pico Black Angus Prime Rib 🥩🍖, which was cooked so well it def rivals the Best of the Best in town. Beefy flavorful & Tender
•Sautéed Broccoli 🥦 with Garlic Confit

Can't Believe how great the food was cooked and this only costed $148 all up, Wine was $68. It's only until Sunday Lunch EDIT: Lastest News, it's now extended again to 26/04/2020 Sunday, the online Website is full it took me a while to land a seat, but try calling up to ask for cancellation spots..
