✨ YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR LIFE!

As a coach, meeting people who want to change their life is my daily work.

I call this “moving from Point A to Point B.”

Point A is where you are, with your current frustrations, problems, and challenges.

Point B is where you want to be, the life you love, the future your heart desires.

In a perfect universe, everyone would be sailing effortlessness from Point A to Point B. But this is not the universe we live in.

In our magnificent, messy universe, sometimes we don’t know what our Point B is. Other times, we are stuck in point A, held back by different forces, unable to budge an inch. And very often, we’re not moving as powerfully as we know we could.

I often said to a potential client that: “As your coach, I’m not going to say: ‘Hop on my back, Susan! I’ll carry you from Point A to Point B on hyper-speed!”

That always gets a good laugh. But they know there’s truth in it.

They know that change is hard work and that work must come from them.

But what they may not know, like Bria when she first met me, was that real change starts from within.

Most problems in our life are created by ourselves, not our job, our boss, or our mother-in-law.

𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞, 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬.

This can be a depressing statement, but it can also be empowering.

If we can create our problems, we can also make our blessing. We just need to know where to focus our creative power.

call someone outは相手の失礼な言動を指摘したり、不適切な発言をとがめることを意味します。例えば、新入社員に対して横柄な態度をとっている同僚を批判したり、いつも遅れてくる友達を非難するような状況で使われますが、この表現には、特に大勢の前で相手の良くない行為を指摘するニュアンスが含まれます。

5) Split down the middle（均等に分かれる）
=================================
　
splitは「割る」、down the middleは「真ん中」を意味することから、split down the middleは真っ二つに割ることを意味します。今日の会話でサラは“It splits down the middle nicely.”と言いましたが、これはメッセンジャーを使うアメリカ人の友達と、LINEを使う日本人の友達が半々であることを意味します。
　
また、split down the middleは「割り勘」を表す時にもよく使われます。レストランで会計をするときに“Let’s split the check/bill down the middle.”と言うだけで、「割り勘にしよう」という意味になります。日常会話では、会計を意味するcheckやbillをitに置き換えて、シンプルに“Let’s split it down the middle.”と表現してもOKです。

#セガが稼働させた、AC用横スクロールACT作('89年)からのMDアレンジ移植版。

忍シリーズのシステムをベースに、ジョー・ムサシの息子である主人公ハヤテ(疾風)となり、抜け忍となった父によって、追っ手から逃れる為にニューヨークに漂着、忍犬ヤマトと共に襲い掛かってくる敵を手裏剣や忍刀を使って倒していく。

ゲームは囚われている人々を救出する事が目的。
男性を救出すると1000pts、女性を救出すると手裏剣がパワーアップ。
ハヤテは各ステージで忍術を1回使用でき、ステージ最後にはボスが待ち構えている。

BGMはAC版から引き続き、ギャラクシーフォース(SMS/'89年)や、アフターバーナークライマックス(PS3/'10年)等の塚原氏が作曲、AC版から楽曲が一新された。

西班牙在今日公布了提交明年奧斯卡「最佳國際影片」的作品，將以《The Good Boss》作
為代表。

《The Good Boss》為《極渴救援》西班牙男導演 Fernando León de Aranoa 的最新作品
，今年入選聖塞巴斯蒂安影展的主競賽單元，不過並無獲獎。

電影描述一位工業磅秤製造公司的老闆正在等待能夠頒發卓越獎給他們的委員會來訪，而
在這段期間他並須應付公司員工所提出的各種需求。《The Good Boss》是一部喜劇作品。

《The Good Boss》由曾獲得奧斯卡男配角的知名西班牙男演員 Javier Bardem 主演。其
他還有《羊男的迷宮》Manolo Solo 和《點燃生命之海》Celso Bugallo 等人共同演出。

《The Good Boss》從三部電影中脫穎而出，另外兩部分別為剛讓 Penélope Cruz 登上威
尼斯影后的好評之作《平行母親》以及《100公尺的人生》導演 Marcel Barrena 的新片《
Mediterraneo: The Law of the Sea》。

這是導演 Fernando León de Aranoa 第二次代表西班牙征戰奧斯卡，他在 2002 年執導
的作品《失業日光浴》也曾被推派出去，但並無獲得提名。

曾經的外語片強國西班牙在近十年表現欠佳，在近十年內只有《痛苦與榮耀》一部獲得提
名，且沒有其他電影進入短名單。今年初推派的《餘悸無盡》也並無獲得青睞。不過雖然
西班牙今年沒有選擇大獲好評的《平行母親》為代表，但該片今年已是最佳女主角的領跑
