我把30多年的感觸都穿在我身上呢！這次的專輯服裝很像穿著一本日記，一張張寫過的情書與回憶，堆疊的回憶變成了我。(不過，現在大家是不是都不寫情書了？😂)

如果你仔細觀察，你會發現有幾頁是有點燒過的日記，就像你每一段受傷過的感情，再傷也勇敢面對每一段美好的回憶。

經歷可以成為創傷，也可以是學習之後的轉捩點，由你自己決定。就像困擾我許久的暴食症，最後變成我尋找身心健康的動力！

I’m wearing 30+ years of memories on me! Kidding, but it’s kind of true. We carry our experiences with us, whether we like it or not. This can be in the form of trauma, or as valuable lessons which can result in life-changing turning points! The choice is ours. Take my eating disorder for example. It’s troubled me for years, but was also the inspiration behind my search for mental wellness. If you look closely, some of the “pages” of my dress are a bit burnt at the edges. Remember, we are stronger and more beautiful not in spite of, but BECAUSE of our scars. Let’s have the courage and wisdom to STAY PRESENT.

紀錄片《The wisdom of trauma》（創傷的智慧）告訴我們：心裡生病的你除了看醫生吃藥之外，還需要解開心中那道很深很深的創傷，你需要去抱抱那個脆弱且真實的內在小孩。

怎麼會這麼討厭自己呢？為什麼那個自我厭惡，沒有辦法停下來呢？

如果你小時候曾經受過一些創傷，而且那個創傷來自於本來應該要好好愛你的人，內心會出現兩種假設：

1.是這些大人不好嗎？
2.還是我不好呢？

大部分的人會選擇相信後面這種假設，相信這個假設有很多好處，因為如果是我不好、如果是我不乖，我可以透過各種方式「改變」自己，只要我變乖了、變好了、把自己的情緒藏起來了，就可以被愛了。

但真正的事實往往是前者。這些大人過往他們的創傷、透過一代一代的代間傳遞，把他們童年所受的痛苦、忽視情緒的方式，傳遞給你，所以是大人的問題，而不是你的問題。

只是相信前者，會讓你對生命失去控制感。因為你不再能夠做什麼讓那個對你來講很重要的人愛你了，你會感到很恐慌，甚至你得要開始相信，那個本來應該愛你的人或許某個程度是個壞人，這種恨、這種徬徨好難承受。

搞到最後，不論相信哪一個假設都有痛苦，於是你在這兩個假設當中擺盪，漸漸的，你開始不知道該怎麼辦，到了最後你會選擇逃離你自己的感受，以為這樣會比較好過。

因為停下來看自己，那種感覺太羞愧了、太難受了，所以會用一種方式暫時逃開，投入瘋狂工作、投入各種物質的使用，讓自己可以和身體的感受暫時斷開連結，這樣就不會感覺到痛了、這樣就不會感覺到悲傷了，這樣就不會感覺到寂寞了，這樣就不會想起小時候曾經被虐待的那些痛苦，這樣就可以暫時遺忘某一些已經被記憶給抹除的創傷⋯⋯，可是當你在做這件事情的時候，你同時也把真實的自己，關在這個巨大的身體裡面的某個牢籠。

讓我們一起留意自己心中那個被自己忽視的聲音（因為常常會忘記，所以要常常提醒自己、彼此提醒），像照顧剛出生的小孩一樣，細細柔柔照顧他，用擁抱代替責罵。或許過去他都沒有被看見，但現在我們都看見他了，他不會再孤單了。

你也是，你不會再孤單了。

願我們都可以在遺失的城市當中找回自己。
