【童畫足印親子工作坊🦶🏻🎨】
透過色調、筆觸、選材都反映了創作者的想法，你多久沒有執筆繪畫呢？是次工作坊藝術家葉雯將會分享個人創作的藝術經驗， 並誠邀家長與小孩一同以繪畫記錄身體， 創作出獨有的紀念作品，讓繪畫留在當下。
導師簡介: 葉雯 Manny Yip
葉雯⽣於香港，2017年獲墨爾本皇家理⼯⼤學與香港藝術學院合辦之榮譽學⼠，主修繪畫。創作圍繞記憶、童年和⾃我探究過程，以過去與想像建造出⾃有抽象及開放的詮釋空間。2017年獲香港特別⾏政區政府獎學基⾦外展體驗獎，於保加利亞及芝加哥進⾏藝術家駐留計劃，2019年獲藝發局新苗藝術資助展覽《某年某地》，作品先後於香港、美國及東歐展出。葉⽒曾被邀與多個⽂化及商業單位合作聯乘創作，並策劃藝術教育活動。
【Painting with Child Workshop 🦶🏻🎨】
Creation is an innate ability born with, we know drawing before writing, while painting is one of the most primitive ways of creation. The colour, brushstrokes and selection of themes all reflect the artist’s thoughts. How long have you not been painting? In this workshop, Manny will share her personal artistic experience, and sincerely invite participants to record their bodies with children through painting, creating unique artwork.
Tutor introduction:
Manny Yip (Hong Kong) received BAFA at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (co- presented with Hong Kong Art School), major in painting in 2017. Her works capture senses of childhood innocence which are both reflections of her memories and yearnings. The abstraction and openness of the spatial interpretation in her works also speak for themselves. They are not merely an obsession with the past, but also an inviting space for viewers to freely associate with their own memories and imaginations.
She has been awarded the Reaching Out Award (2017) which included artist residency programmes in Bulgaria & Chicago, and Grant for Emerging Artists (2019) from Hong Kong Arts Development Council. Her artworks were collected by private collectors and exhibited in several cities, Hong Kong, United States and Europe. She has also been invited as a selected artist by commercial corporations and as a programme instructor for schools.

【 酷液x跨演x性 Performing Liqueerdity】臺北數位藝術中心線上座談

本講座探討酷兒藝術在數位∕疫情時代中的「液體性」。
邀請藝術家Betty Apple和余政達來談藝術自身創作與酷兒文化的交集，酷兒混生、不斷流動、難以捉摸、突破窠臼的身體文化，如何在創作中發酵？
從Apple的「人魚系列」、余政達的「榴槤大亨」來談多重身分的酷異化身。再透過Apple策劃的《道上趴體》、《超完美女友趴體》、余政達策劃的《擬酷液得Liqueered》等，來探討藝術家跨越社運、夜生活、劇場與美術館的游移實踐。最末將連結藝術家所關注的網路情色文化、直播、網紅經濟，共同想像數位∕疫情時代下的酷兒跨演潛力。

【講者介紹】
＃游量凱
台中台北人，現為尼德蘭萊頓大學藝術社會研究中心（Leiden University Centre for the Arts in Society）博士生，研究興趣橫跨近代以來視覺藝術中的身體、性別和視覺文化。博士研究結合博物館學與酷兒理論，思索顛覆傳統歐美博物館學的當代策展、收藏與社會實踐。2021年於尼德蘭凡艾博美術館（Van Abbemuseum）進行駐館研究，結合深度訪問與策展實踐，拓展多元性別的博物館詮釋空間。2018年至今，曾受邀於尼德蘭萊頓大學、萊茵瓦德藝術學院（Reinwardt Academy）和美國史密斯學院（Smith College）進行以性別、殖民、與藝術行動等主題的客座講座。2020年與策展人蔡明君和劉星佑在臺南市美術館2館共同策展《不適者生存？》。

Hong Kong Lesbian and Gay Film Festival

Always only a stone’s throw away from one another, manhole covers in Hong Kong are as ubiquitous as convenience stores. For the past six years, this seemingly unremarkable yet indispensable part of public facilities has been a fascinating object of study for the 19-year-old visual arts student Monster Kwok. Her obsession goes beyond snapping thousands of photos and designing t-shirts with manhole covers printed on them, on her right arm is also a manhole cover-inspired monster tattoo.

The Central and Western District, one of the earliest developed areas in the colonial era, is home to the increasingly rare manhole covers manufactured by British foundries. Kwok is still amazed by the red manhole covers and fire hydrants outside Admiralty Centre. Lined up in a neat row, the hatches are so well-preserved that the paint job looks as good as new. “Red manhole covers indicate that the pipe carries potable water, yellow signals salt water and blue means the pipe is suspended for repair. All manhole covers near fire hydrants were engraved with ‘FH’ that stands for fire hydrant.”

This Christmas, for the first time ever, the mrbrown show goes LIVE! at KC Arts Centre!

Catch mrbrown, Kim Huat, Marc Nair, Mr Miyagi and more of your favourite characters, in a never-show-before live concert and performance at SIFA v2.020, to mark more than two decades of entertaining Singapore on the internet.

There is also a happening LIVE band accompanying the mrbrown team, because how can you launch a debut music album without a live band, right? And the show is directed by music producer James Lye!
