Delicious Homemade Vegan Apple Pie

鬆脆的酥皮包裹著肉桂幽香的蘋果派，在每年的這個時候最能給人帶來充滿温馨的美味！新鲜出爐時挖上一大球純素香草冰淇淋配搭著吃，可以説是最温暖人心的秋季甜點！如果你也喜歡這食譜，請讓我知道，我會盡快寫好與大家分享。

我先生頗頑固，又不喜歡轉變。我們住在這屋子 30 年了，一直到 6 年前他才願意給我種株我夢寐以求的蘋果樹。但他要我答應，有自家種的蘋果後，我會特别花心思做可口甜品給他吃，我當然欣然承諾，也要他保證會悉心替我灌溉小蘋果樹。

差不多五年前，我開始吃素，跟先生說想把經營了 27 年的小店改成純素外賣，他起初不怎麽同意。我不動聲色，開始每天給他烹調美味蔬食，兩個月下來，他態度從當初的不讚成到開始接受。但給我一個挑戰，如果我能和他一起把店裡每道小菜都改為好吃的素菜，他會乖乖給我當個蔬食廚子。

結果我們都努力承擔考驗，遵守諾言。蘋果樹在他用心照顧下，一年比一年红潤漂亮，我也經常用香甜的糕點給他慰勞。我們的豐收蔬食廚房四年前開門迎接左隣右里或遠道前來的客人，四年多來我們一直用感恩的心情、埋頭苦幹的行動來回報大家美好的心意。

之前有很多人問我，是什麽原因令我們不再吃肉。我可以很坦白回答，是從看了很多部紀錄片如 Earthlings, Cowspiracy, What the Health, Forks Over Knives …. 等等開始。

到最近，很多朋友跟我說，看了 The Game Changers 之後，他們覺得不需要吃肉了。

上月底，六十年來努力不懈地向人類介紹自然界的美麗與脆弱、對環境執著保護的 Sir David Attenborough 與 Netflix 合作拍攝的紀錄片 A Life on Our Planet 面世了。這是部不容錯過，充满教育性的紀錄片，請大家有空一定要看看！

看完片後，我老公第一句話就是：妳說好的蘋果派呢？

My husband is a rather stubborn person and normally doesn't like change. We have lived in our house for 30 years, and he resisted the idea of planting the apple tree of my dreams until 6 years ago. Even then, it was on the proviso that I used our new supply of homegrown fruit to make him some delicious desserts. Of course I was happy to agree, as long as he takes great care of my beloved little apple tree.

I became a vegan about five years ago, and when I told my husband I wanted to turn our business of 27-years into a vegan takeaway, he wasn’t sure initially. Knowing him well, I was not surprised by this but also not deterred. So I said nothing and just quietly started cooking him scrumptious vegan meals every day. It took a couple of months but his attitude gradually changed. Then he set me a challenge; he said if I could work with him to turn every dish on our menu into an equally delicious vegan version, he would be happy to join me on this journey and be our hardworking vegan chef.

We both dedicated ourselves to this new direction in our lives and kept our promises, even when it came to the apple tree. Under his care, the tree has become more and more rosy and beautiful each year despite the harsh natural elements it sometimes encounters; and I fulfilled my side of the bargain by using the apples we harvested to make all sorts of sweet treats for him.

Harvest Vegetarian Kitchen opened its door four years ago to welcome our wonderful customers, and we have been immensely thankful to everyone’s support and encouragement since. We remain totally committed to working hard in providing good food and good service to our fantastic community.

Since we made this change, many people have asked us what made us stop eating meat? We can honestly say it was after watching lots of documentaries like Earthlings, Cowspiracy, What the Health, Forks Over Knives etc … all of which educated us on the food we were eating and the processes involved in getting it from the farm to our plates.

Recently, a lot of people have told us, after watching “The Game Changers”, they too have given up eating meat.

Sir David Attenborough's powerful new documentary “A Life On Our Planet” is another must-watch, offering a bleak, but in some ways hopeful look at climate change, and what needs to be done in order to reduce its impact.

“When it comes to the land, we must radically reduce the area we use to farm, and the quickest and most effective way to do that is for us to change our diet. Whenever we choose a piece of meat, we too are unwittingly demanding a huge expanse of space. The planet can’t support billions of large meat-eaters, there just isn’t the space. If we all had a largely plant-based diet, we would only need half of the land we use at the moment. And because then we would be dedicated to raising plants, we could increase the yield of this land substantially.” Sir David Attenborough.

As soon as the film was over, my husband turned to me and said, ”Where’s the apple pie that you promised me?"

So, with extreme caution every time, we have started to downgrade the cheating detection criteria. If you pass that criteria, you will be marked as a cheater.

Which I have to say at this point are the cheater. They are very clever. If they know they are marked as cheaters, they will find out what makes them marked. And they will tell other cheater.
.
Our criteria is very kind. Cheater will get caught but won't suddenly blow away. We hope they know that cheating is ruining the fun of playing.
.
But the majority of cheaters keep cheating.
.
We want gamers to play fun, but not to ruin other people's fun, so we are periodically decreasing the detection threshold.
.
So if you're marked as a cheater, you'll be able to finish the game playing. The next time you try to log in, you'll only be caught up with the cheater (unknowingly) and you'll be there. The queue is in. Cheater Island

Now imagine, you have more than 40 players in the Cheater Island game. It's not a real world place. Cheater Island is its own server. It means you need enough cheaters in your zone to start the game on. Cheater Island

If there aren't enough cheaters on that server, you'll have to sit and watch Fallys fall down [while waiting for the full room to play that eye tā forever, but there's some buck. That can cause something like this too.

But most of the time people say they can't find a room, they're a cheater. And we don't want to reveal this to them.

I think you guys should notice that we are trying to be open minded and straightforward in communication with all of you. It's hard as hell to talk about cheating people because everything we say is like adding more weapons to these people. They will be Use those information to develop their own cheating.

It's been a long time since there weren't enough cheaters to start this race. And when we downgrade our detection criteria, more and more cheaters caught.

Still no competition on Cheater Island because all the cheaters are watching Fall Guys drop and waiting for the match keep going and say the game is broken.

At this point, the cheater are starting to realize that they can team up with friends who don't cheat and can match with them. They can escape from Cheater Island, which we're speeding up to fix the loophole before they all get to them. I know.

And the cheaters know that they can use Family-Sharing system to share their game with other accounts and use other accounts to avoid Cheater Island. We've followed the family-sharing system to fix this.

It's very difficult to deal with cheaters. It's very tricky. They are very crafty.

All this time, we keep increasing our cheating detection criteria and we are 100 % sure that whoever is marked as a cheater is actually a cheater. This is very important to us because we don't want to ban wrong.

Last week, something exciting happened, we finally have enough cheater to match and make a match on Cheater Island.

And the new problem arises is game people upload videos they * think khid ẁā is Cheater Island.

And another video we think it's Cheater Island where the person who recorded this video didn't cheat. Maybe they didn't cheat but just video or it's a player in the island. We know that the Cheater Island match is really happening. We just don't know if that's what these videos show. So we disable Cheater Island and use how to keep cheaters from logging in to the game instead and improve the cheating detection criteria. Ours keep getting better with

Well, our cheating detection system is good, but we didn't expect this many players to play and we didn't realize some players would try to cheat like this.

We tried to build an honest system, but when we knew we were at war, we had to contact the expert team at Epic.

Our next update is now called BIG YEETUS AND ANTI-CHEATUS, where we'll tell you about the part of Yeetus later, but for Anti-Cheatus we'll add Epic's anti-cheating system to be a big step ahead and we'll be. Continuously improving many things.

The Empire is Mandarin music producer, Skot Suyama’s Seattle-based band that was formed in 1997 while they were in high school. Other than Skot, whose influence as a hit-making producer is prominent within the Asian region, Melissa Reese is also part of American legend Guns n’ Roses’ world tour. While Matt Gervais is part of well-known American band The Head and the Heart currently touring across the U.S. Mike Gervais also writes children’s music, releasing an album Mikey Mike, The Rad Scientist. Tobias Burch occasionally makes funeral doom music with his band, which consists of only himself, Amort.

Never The Point was written when Skot returned to Seattle one year, and because he had recently broken up with his girlfriend (who he later married), wrote the verse and chorus for it on the plane. When he got home and met up with his five friends, the other band members quickly threw out more lyrics and ideas, to create this song and cheer up the broken-hearted Skot.
