密集的彩排演出鬥陣之後
接下來就要專注準備著紐約的演出
這次策展人Mia想以女性為主題
在紐約中央公園夏日音樂祭的台灣之夜
於是我從前一陣子就著這個主題思索著我可以分享的
從女性的視角分享生命的連結以及與世界的關係
過去我的歌大都唱著愛情
是的，愛情很重要啊
我們在愛情裡翻跌
在愛情裡快樂
也在愛情裡認識自己的脆弱與強韌
曾經愛情就是世界
後來我唱著生命
生命的各種支流延伸出的關係
是的，不是只有愛情最重要
我們逐漸要面對生命的聚散
關係的變化
以及原生家庭的重整
還有自我的自由與真正的夢想
從女性的親身體驗去分享那些快樂與悲傷
那些能與不能
而我究竟可不可以透過歌來明確表達呢
其實我不知道耶
但我是這麼想的

2019 Taiwanese Waves 藝人專屬動畫 Vol.4 萬芳 One-Fang
萬芳以歌手出道逾28年，出版超過22張專輯，經典暢銷歌曲不計其數，尤以「新不了情」為華人世界家喻戶曉的名曲。早期作品溫婉高亢，扣人心弦，道盡情海翻轉的紅塵心事，近年則展現人文質地和創作才華。2010入圍金曲獎最佳女歌手 ， 2016入圍金曲獎最佳單曲製作人。
萬芳，她是歌手、詞曲創作人、製作人、電台DJ、影視舞台劇演員，1996年開始涉足劇場，共計演出15齣舞台劇，巡演台灣、大陸、新加坡、澳門、美國超過300場。她在各個領域中自我探索和開發，再用內在的養份和能量豐富各個領域的表演和創作。
無論在哪裡，無論做甚麼，萬芳都當作是一份對世界的分享與祝福，透過所有她所能掌握的方式，她都在向這個世界說愛，重新找回溫柔感動的力量。

2019 Taiwanese Waves Lineup Video Vol.4 One-Fang
With a performing arts career spanning nearly thirty years, One-Fang is one of the most recognizable and beloved voices in the Taiwanese pop music. She established herself as a mainstay in the Mandopop genre during the 1990s, releasing a string of chart-topping hits, including her best-known the tune, “C'est la vie, mon chéri.”
To date, she has released 22 full-length albums, but the music is only part of her story. One-Fang also enjoys high acclaim as an actor in theater, television, and film. She made her debut in the theater world in 1996 and has taken part in fifteen major Chinese-language productions, performing in more than 300 shows in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Macao, and the US.
One-Fang has also maintained a long-standing career in radio. She hosted a prime time music program for Taipei’s 96.3 FM i-radio from 2000 to 2017 and currently serves as DJ for two Chinese-language Internet radio stations.
Today One-Fang remains as active as ever, always yearning to explore new territory as a performing artist. Departing from the traditional Mandopop model of collaborating with a composer and lyricist, One-Fang is focusing more on her songwriting and production. Whether behind the microphone, on the theater stage, in front of the camera, or inside a broadcasting booth, One-Fang thrives on connecting us all with the blessings of life, both big and small. Her work is a sincere, loving expression to a world in need of more tenderness and gentle strength.
