《添丁發財》(English version below)

「添丁發財」這四個漢字，是中華民族非常喜愛的。多用在祝賀新婚夫婦。不過吾相信，就算是非中華民族，祇要她他知曉，這四個漢字的意識，同樣會欣然接受。那爲什麼這四個漢字，如此廣受大眾接納呢？因爲，小朋友乃夫妻婚後，家庭喜樂、接代的生力軍。有了這些生力軍，夫妻對未來著實有了展望。尤其是男性，自然會增加其奮鬥力。再者，所謂妻、財、子、祿，娶了老婆，財跟著來。有了小朋友，祿位亦隨之。

懂得玄學的人皆知，爲何新婚夫婦，必需在狀邊裝置兩盞燈。這是一種風水，是加持新婚夫婦早生貴子，亦是添丁也。孩子是福氣的一種象徵，沒啥福氣的，還真生不出來呢！當然，也別因爲這原因，就拼命的生（一笑）。要知道，一個人要養幾個口，也真需要更厚的福氣啊！不過，在夫妻「享受」時，不小心又製造了新生命，一定要把她他生下來，千萬勿將她他給墮掉，這不簡單是福氣的大折，更是妳你未來慘痛、悲痛的果報。切記！切記！

瓜地馬拉：兒童 新娘 母親

影像與文字刊登於 2 月 8 日的《紐約時報》，作者為普立茲獎得主 Stephanie Sinclair。她除了創辦與領導終止童婚的非政府組織組織「 Too Young to Wed」，還做了許多關於童婚的影像紀錄。此次採訪與聯合國人口基金合作，為「Too Young to Wed」的跨媒體企劃探訪瓜地馬拉貝登這樣類型的聚落。瓜地馬拉是她從 2003 年起在阿富汗採訪童婚案例以來第十個國家。

瓜地馬拉的最低結婚年齡為 14 歲，並且有須經父母親同意的前提要件。但是在貝登（Petén）這個北方的省份，法律規範似乎僅作參考。不到法定年齡的童婚案例隨處可見，她們似乎永無止盡地穿梭在貝登大城聖貝尼托（San Benito）的醫院裏尋求醫療照護。其中大多數從缺乏道路鋪設等基礎建設的村落跋涉而來。

在五十多個國家中，童婚仍非常普遍，尤其多在那些發展中國家的鄉村地區（註一）。瓜地馬拉一個村落的人口統計數據中，大約有 53% 的 20 至 24 歲已婚婦女在 18 歲以前結婚，13% 左右在十五歲以前結婚。這些娃娃新娘面臨的惡劣狀況與其他發展中國家的情況類似。她們被迫中斷學業、甚至無法完成小學教育、承受肉體和性虐待、生育的痛苦與危險、並且缺乏妥善的醫療照護。她們的生活，許多時候控制在那些認為她們不過是性慾發洩對象以及家僕的年長男性手中（註二）。

根據國際健康聯盟的調查，貝登的產婦死亡率居瓜地馬拉之冠，以十萬次分娩數來計算就占了 172 件，新生兒死亡率平均一千件案例中也有 40 件發生在這裡。

這些年輕母親的早產分娩後，嬰兒在新生兒加護病房佔據了不下於四個床位。

「我們把這些嬰兒稱為小小奇蹟，因為他們能夠存活真的是個奇蹟。」聖貝尼托國立醫院的小兒科醫師 Daniel Álvarez 補充說明，其中有個嬰兒出生時的體重只有一磅半（0.68 公斤）：「這裡沒有充足的設備能夠照顧這麼小的孩子。」

其他時候這些年輕媽媽的問題發生在產後育兒，有許多被丈夫遺棄的案例。例如 Aracely 在懷孕四個月時，她的丈夫聲稱孩子非他所生，她被迫成為單親媽媽獨自承擔撫養責任。

「我懷孕的時候，他一毛錢也沒給我。孩子已經一歲了，他從來沒探望過。」Aracely 並不是唯一的案例。聯合國人口基金估計，在 2015 年約 55 萬名未滿 18 歲的瓜地馬拉女孩將結婚，這樣的統計基礎來自於每天約有 1500 名童婚的調查紀錄。

肇因於根深蒂固的性別不平等觀念以及貧困，童婚問題存在已久。 隨著發展中國家的年輕人口持續增加，若無積極作為，解決此問題的困難度可能會繼續加深。

註一：根據聯合國兒童基金會（UNICEF）2014 年發表的終止童婚報告中的數據顯示，童婚案例（未滿 18 歲）幾乎全集中在鄉村地區，約有半數發生在南亞，而其中三分之一在印度，25% 在東亞太平洋區，18% 在非洲國家，美洲占一成。以多明尼加共和國與印度為例，富有的女性相較貧窮者晚婚 4 年，平均結婚年齡為 20 歲上下。依照聯合國人口基金的報告，若以目前童婚比率來預測，2011 年至 2020 年間，將有超過 1.4 億早婚少女，其中五千萬名甚至不足 15 歲。

註二：除了失去童年以及過早懷孕的健康問題外，早婚帶來的性暴力受害風險隨著與丈夫的年齡差距變大而升高。世界衛生組織的受暴婦女問題專家 Claudia Garcia Moreno 說：「童婚意味性關係的開始，而且往往以暴力的形式。少女們沒有能力拒絕也沒有辦法得到法律或相關資源支持。」
