Tourist attractions (Ocean Park, Disneyland, Ngong Ping Cable car) - closed
Public facilities - closed
Schools - suspended until Feb 17
Government employees - home office
Isolation facilities - ready, with 2 located near resident flats
Mask and hand sanitizer - out of stock and overpriced
Border control - all Hubei Province residents and people who visited the province in the past 14 days are prohibited from entering the HK. Government urges honest declarations at border.
For Hubei residents who already entered the city over the previous few days - In Macau, authorities are searching Hubei residents in hotels. All Hubei resident are either escorted to the border or sent to quarantine camp. In HK, free hospitalisation and treatment if fulfil the criteria set by the Department of Health.
Do note that patients are infectious during incubation period (0-14 days), which they may show no symptoms. 5 million people had already left Wuhan before the city was put under lockdown.
