Get ready and meet us on January 19th, 2020 at Samrongthap District, Surin Province.

The only marathon which you can bound with the nature. Feel the atmosphere where Buakaw has been running on because you will be running on the same track at his hometown in Samrongthap District, Surin Province. You will be experiencing one of your happiest morning by seeing the sun rising from the ground shining on the rice field and warmth your heart with a smile from ‘Kui People’, the local people here in Samrongthamp, cheering you up along the side as your present of the day.

After I started off running for two years, I always have a clear goal of one day to win the Double Gold in 5000M and 10000M like my idol @gomofarah did in Olympic. Glad I did it in my Final Year and also won the title "Best Sportsman Award"

Throughout the 4 years journey in UM, spending most of my time on the track, hostel, library, sports centre and went back home on the weekend for family time, sometime travel for competition. Being a lone ranger, doing my best to defend UM's Long Distance legacy after legends like @sheelasamivellu @albert_1206 Murali, followed by Amirul Syazwan, @awanrun Throughout my years in UM, I am still scouting for the next UM student to continue the legacy after me. Hoping someone can replace me next year to defend the fame.

I would like to take this opportunity to share with all the UM Athletes here, always be prepare and ready for the challenge. It's not easy but is achievable with discipline, consistency, and a clear goal on what you want and fight for it. Be more independent, ask, seek, read, look for more info to improve.

All hardwork paid off with all these achievement.

Remembered being on the track at 6am everyday, hit the bed by 11pm. Spend time reading running books, research journals, discussing with my lecturer, analysing, looking for more insights, and always the first one to volunteer to be the lab rat when comes to lab test to find out more about my ability and capability. Would like to thank everyone of you who have been with me all these while, supporting, watching my back, giving me advice, shaping me and seeing me grow from a nobody to where I am today. Truly grateful with all these support I have from all of you!

I will work hard and do my best to achieve my dream of one day to take down the 5000M (14:06.84) and 10000M (29:30.19) National Record owned by Ramachandran Murusamy back in the year I born. Self-Belief!

Ewing, using his patented fadeaway jumper, sank the game-winner with one second left on the shot clock. Allen Iverson then tried to pass out of a double-team, and Latrell Sprewell stole the ball when the pass was tipped. He made two free throws with 11.6 seconds left to seal the victory.

Larry Johnson and Allan Houston had 14 points each and Sprewell, Kurt Thomas and John Wallace all had 10 for New York, which broke a four-game road losing streak. The Knicks had lost nine of their previous 10 away from home.

Iverson had 30 points on 9-of-26 shooting from the field and 10-for-16 from the foul line. Aaron McKie had 14 points and Matt Geiger had 12 for the Sixers, who had a four-game winning streak snapped.

McKie's 3-pointer with 47.7 seconds left tied the game at 77. Iverson had missed a drving layup but then tipped the rebound to McKie on the sideline.

Johnson scored all eight of New York's points in a 8-4 run that put the Knicks ahead 77-74 with two minutes remaining. Johnson went coast-to-coast for a layup on one basket and then hit a fadeaway jumper to finish the spurt.

With the Knicks holding a 69-65 lead, the 76ers got baskets from Geiger and Iverson to take a 70-69 advantage with 5:18 left. The four-point cushion had been New York's largest of the second half at that point.

In the third quarter, the 76ers opened up a 49-39 lead when Iverson hit a jumper with 10:05 left. But the Knicks followed that with a 12-2 run, sparked by six points from Houston and capped by a leaner from Ewing to tie the score at 51 with 6:58 to go. The game was knotted at 60 after three quarters.

The first half contained two completely different quarters. In the first, the Knicks finished with an 18-5 spurt to gain a 21-11 advantage after a dunk by Wallace.

Philadelphia scored 23 of the last 31 points of the second quarter to take a 43-36 lead at halftime. Iverson had nine points in the run and Geiger added six.

Notes: 76ers assistant coach John Calipari spoke to the media prior to the game and announced that a decision on whether he will be the next coach at the University of Memphis is "fairly close to happening. They are very interested and I haven't deceived anyone that I am interested as well." ...Offsetting technicals were called on Sprewell and George Lynch with 5:57 left in the fourth quarter. While the two jostled for position under the basket, Sprewell looked to push Lynch to the ground with his shoulder. The two were separated by officials. ... Wallace was called for a technical foul with 16 seconds left in the first quarter for yelling in Ratliff's face after dunking over him.
