#香港精神 香港追尋本土Gin酒夢想，真係百花齊放！好高興參觀咗Two Moons Distillery，同兩位主理人Dimple 及Ivan 會面，佢哋對Gin酒嘅熱愛係「all-in」全程投入嘅級別！而負責指揮「Luna」蒸餾器嘅Gin酒釀酒師（distiller)係由女釀酒師 Dimple主理，係本地Craft Gin界中實屬罕見，比多個like 👍🏻！以12種草本植物蒸餾，加入本地特色如陳皮、南北杏、甘草等，香氣撲鼻，帶London Dry Gin風格，味道帶杜松子、柑橘、乾玫瑰、檸檬皮、香料、陳皮及胡椒等，優雅而充滿果香，可淨飲又可做Gin 雞尾酒。喝著佢嘅Gin & Tonic覺得很窩心，感受到佢哋夢想成真嘅快樂， Cheers! 🍸🎉
#SpiritsofHongKong Hong Kong local gin distilling scene is blossoming! Very happy to meet with Dimple & Ivan from Two Moon Distillery! Their passion in Gin is surely “all-in” level! The master distiller managing the “Luna” copper still is Dimple, it’s very unusual to have a female distiller in Hong Kong craft gin scene! Gotta give her a like 👍🏻! With 12 botanicals including local ingredients like mandarin peel, apricot kernels, licorice & more, it’s very aromatic with London Dry Gin style, with aromas including juniper, citrus, dried roses, lemon peel, spices, mandarin peel & pepper notes. It’s elegant & fruity. U can drink it neat or as a gin cocktail. While sipping their gin & tonic, I feel so happy for them that their dream come true! #Cheers!🍸🎉
