Apa G6PD ni?
G6PD sebenarnya ialah singkatan nama bagi enzim ‘glucose-6-phosphate-dehydrogenase’.
Enzim ini sangat penting bagi fungsi tubuh manusia terutamanya dari segi pembuatan sel darah merah baru dan penghasilan tenaga daripada karbohidrat. Ia sangat penting ya! Enzim yang terkandung dalam darah ini, melindungi dan melawan jangkitan daripada menyerang sel darah merah.
Disebabkan kekurangan enzim G6PD ini pada genetik, ia dapat membuatkan badan seseorang tidak dapat menghasilkan sel darah merah secara normal.
Nampak macam serius kan? Ia merupakan masalah kekurangan enzim yang paling biasa berlaku pada manusia. Kira-kira 1 dalam 10 kanak-kanak mengalami kekurangan G6PD di Malaysia.
Tak usahlah duk salahkan antara satu sama lain, yang ni kata dari keturunan ayah, yang ni kata dari keturunan ibu,
Jika anda ada sejarah penyakit G6PD dalam keluarga, maka anak anda juga mungkin menghidap G6PD.

Kadang-kadang bila kita dah alert dengan semua pantang larang ni, ada pula orang yg gatal2 tangan pergi suapkan anak kita makan yang bukan-bukan, especially benda2 yg boleh memudaratkan dia..
Jadi, kita perlu PEKA, bagaimana?
1. Pastikan makanan dan ubat dia selamat digunakan anak g6pd.
2. Buat note siap2 tampal dekat mana-mana utk senang anda suami isteri pantau bahan mana yg boleh atau tidak.
3. Khabarkan juga pada penjaga ataupun pengasuh anak, bagi salinan pantang larangnya.
4. Sebelum bagi anak kita makan atau beri ubat, baca label dia terlebih dahulu.

GULA PERANG vs GULA PUTIH
Dalam group coaching sy pagi ni kami diskas lg ttng kalori baik vs kalori buruk kan.. Mmg benar beras perang lebih baik dari beras putih biasa dek kerana kandungan serat nya. Tp bagaimana pula dgn Gula Putih vs Gula Perang? Ada beza kah?? 🤔
Coach Anuar nak share lagi gula adalah salah satu faktor kegemukan kerana 1 gram gula memberi anda 4 kalori tanpa khasiat yang lain. Pengambilan gula atau kalori berlebihan yang tidak digunakan oleh tubuh akan bertukar menjadi lemak.
24 sudu teh gula akan menyebabkan keberkesanan sel darah putih menurun sebanyak 92% dan ini memakan masa sebanyak 5 jam. Proses penuaan menjadi lebih cepat menerusi pemecahan oksigen akibat pengambilan gula.
Tak ada beza pun. Maknanya, gula putih dan gula perang mempunyai kalori yang sama. Kerana kedua2nya tiada kandungan serat.

5. Alcohol sugar : terdapat dalam chewing gum, candy dan mints yang kononnya bersifat 'sugar free'. Ada banyak jenis alcohol sugar yang berkalori 2.5kcal untuk 1g. Tidak mengandungi alkohol. Ia diberi nama alcohol sugar kerana struktur kimianya yang menyerupai alkohol.

In my coaching group this morning we are still be with good calories vs bad calories right.. It's true that the brown rice is better than plain white rice because of the fiber content. But what about white sugar vs brown sugar? Is there any difference?? 🤔
Coach Anuar wants to share more sugar is one of the factors of obesity because 1 GRAMS OF SUGAR GIVES YOU 4 calories without any other nutrients. Sugar intake or excessive calories that the body doesn't use will turn into fat.
24 teaspoon of sugar will cause the effectiveness of white blood cells to decrease by 92 % and it takes 5 hours. The aging process gets faster through oxygen breaking due to sugar intake.
There's no difference. It means white sugar and brown sugar have the same calories. Because both of them have no fiber content.
Let's read the guide to intake of sweetener:
1. White Sugar and war: calories are 1 G = 4 kcal. White sugar through a different production process which is bleaching. But, both are a simple type of sugar.
