After almost one and a half year...
I am so glad to be able to fly again. To take part in the following races:
1. Koelnturm Treppenlauf - Germany Towerrunning Championship on 29/8 in Cologne, Germany
2. @great_run Great North Run - World Biggest Half Marathon with up to 57,000 participants on 12/9 in Newcastle, UK
3. Red Bull 400 - Running up ski place with a gradient of at least 10% depends on the venue on 18/9 in Titisee-Neudstat
It's been a tough long journey on planning this trip and I am so grateful that in the end all went quite well. Thanks to @astroarenahd , @rtm_malaysia , @tv3malaysia on coming all the way to KLIA for having an interview with me.
