新潟、つけ麺の草分け店で食べる、もう一つの人気メニュー！新潟県新潟市『ラーメン工房 まるしん』に伺いました。新潟といえば日本有数のラーメン消費量が多い県として知られるラーメン大国です。新潟には地域ごとに特徴のある５大ラーメンと呼ばれるラーメンがありますが、近年“6大ラーメン”として注目されているのが「麻婆麺（マーボラーメンとも呼ばれる）」です。新潟では提供するお店がたくさんあるそうで、今回伺ったのはその中でも行列が絶えないと言われる人気店。東京の名店「大勝軒」の姉妹店である荻窪「栄龍軒」で修行された店主が1987（昭和62）年に開店。その味を改良して作り上げた“つけ麺”が元々は有名だそうですが、今回いただいたマーボ麺はつけ麺と人気を二分する逸品として多くの人から支持を得ています。初めて食べる味わい、楽しみに伺ってきましたので早速ご覧ください！

Niigata is a ramen powerhouse known as one of the prefectures with the highest consumption of ramen in Japan. In Niigata, there are 5 major ramen that are unique to each region, but in recent years, "Marbo noodles" have been attracting attention as "6 major ramen". It seems that there are many shops in Niigata, and this time I visited a popular shop that is said to be a pioneer. The owner, who trained at Ogikubo "Eiryuken", a sister store of the famous Tokyo store "Taishoken", opened in 1987 (Showa 62). It is said that Tsukemen, which is said to have been made by improving its taste, is famous, but the Marbo noodles we received this time have gained the support of many people as a gem that divides the popularity of Tsukemen into two. I'm looking forward to the taste of eating for the first time, so please have a look!

A trip around the Niigata iekei ramen! We visited "Yokohama Ramen Okumura-ya” in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. Speaking of Niigata, the store density is the third highest in Japan, and it is a prefecture famous as one of the leading "ramen kingdoms" in Japan. Lloyd's rice has once visited the "Niigata 5 Great Ramen (Light Soy Sauce, Rich Miso Ramen, Tsubame Sanjo Backfat, Curry Ramen, Ginger Soy Sauce)" and tasted different ramen in each region. I visited Niigata's Iekei Ramen because the popularity of Iekei Ramen is still alive in Niigata. I'm looking forward to this first visit, so please have a look!
