第二次來「珺」,上次來是聖誕節,當時吃到一道讓我念念不忘的驚喜菜式 - 秘製奇脆茄子!「珺」的菜式全部都蠻驚喜的,擺盤也相當精緻,環境很舒服,以這高質的食物水準來說,價錢算是很合理呢!
「秘製奇脆茄子」是我的第一最愛,外脆內軟,茄子中間還夾有「肉餡」,吃的時候要小心熱 (朋友被燙到 😆);第二最愛是「賽螃蟹」,居然是用豆腐做的,食材超簡單,但份外好食啊!有蟹味!有蟹味!一定要試試!還有驚喜甜品 - 脆皮燕麥奶!雖然有點小貴,但這甜品讓我非常陶醉,一定會再食!
兩次到訪食到的菜式都非常非常滿意!大家是不是睇相已經在流口水喇 😋
The second time visit "Emerald". The last time I came was Christmas. At that time, I had a surprise dish that I can't forget - Crispy Eggplant! All the dishes of "Emerald" are quite pleasant, the presentation is quite exquisite, and the environment is very comfortable. Given the high quality of the food, the price is very reasonable!
"Crispy Eggplant" is my first favorite. It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The eggplant has "meat filling" in the middle. The second favorite is "Vegan Shanghaiese style Beancurd". It's actually made with tofu. The ingredients are super simple, but it's extremely delicious! Must try! There is also a surprise dessert - Deep Fried Oat Milk! Although a bit expensive, I'm enjoyed with this dessert a lot and I will definitely have it again!

有冇人都覺得銅鑼灣缺乏糖水舖?🧐 我發覺好多時候飯後想坐下來食甜品的話,除了鮮芋仙以外就想不到其他選擇😂 幸好這間甜姨姨取替了以前“聰嫂”位置,不但味道好,而且值得支持。
醬爆~奶醬脆多🍧($88HKD) 沒錯,是奶醬多刨冰😍 好味到暈!除了將香港人的comfort food完美演繹成為刨冰🍞🥜 他們還在上面淋上豆腐奶蓋,裡面亦灑入了花生芝麻粉(類似糖不甩的那種),花生香味極致昇華🤤❤️ Vegan人士還可以另外特別要求全素版本!下次打算試試它的楊枝甘露口味~

Mr. Hong Kong🍧($88HKD) Every HKer’s comfort food transformed into shaved ice😍 This actually tasted just like a Peanut Butter Toast with Condensed Milk🍞🥜 Packed with all the corresponding flavours and textures! I particularly loved the peanut brittle and tofu cream on top. They even offer a vegan version upon request~

一般蛋糕都使用了蛋奶,成為vegan後,原本最擔心的是可能無法再吃心愛的甜品了。可是當我真正作出改變後,才發現vegan的世界很大,很多事情是我過份擔憂了。因為怎麼可能有不愛吃甜品的vegan呢 XD?所以vegan蛋糕其實還挺常見的,而且吃了也不會有罪惡感,甚至自家製作也不是什麼難事呢!
Vegan lifestyle Passion 是我這幾年最常光顧的蛋糕店,店主Amy也是vegan,其蛋糕主打有機、純素、健康、美味,使用的食材都非常講究。Amy更常常開課教大家製作蛋糕,她的課除了可以學習蛋糕製作外,我覺得更像是上了一節營養課。因為身為健康教練的Amy,十分了解營養學,也很樂意分享。
今次,Amy為我們示範了一款「香蕉黑芝麻忌廉小蛋糕」,材料簡單、很容易找到,要留意的是,最好用「芝麻蕉 (熟蕉)」;而且Amy和我都很喜歡食忌廉,又剛好我們發現了 OraSì OraSi Hong Kong 有一款vegan淡忌廉,所以我們便順勢把它加在小蛋糕上!一起看影片做蛋糕吧~

Normal cakes use milk and eggs, and after becoming a vegan, my worry was that I may no longer be able to eat my favorite dessert. But when I actually made a change, I realized that the vegan world is very big, and I was too worried about many things. Because how could there be vegan who doesn't like dessert XD? So vegan cakes are actually quite common, and there will be no guilt after eating, even making it yourself is not difficult!
Vegan lifestyle Passion is the cake shop I have visited most in recent years. The owner Amy is also a vegan. Her cakes are mainly organic, vegan, healthy and delicious. The ingredients used are very particular. Amy often teaches people how to make cakes. In addition to learning cake making, her class is more like taking a nutrition class. Because Amy, a health coach, knows nutrition very well and is very happy to share it with people.
This time, Amy demonstrated a "Banana Black Sesame Cupcake w/ Cream" for us. The ingredients are simple and easy to find. It should be noted that it is best to use ripe banana; Amy and I are both like to eat cream, and we found that OraSì OraSi Hong Kong has a vegan cream, so we added it to the cupcake! Here comes the 1st recipe video, featuring DESSERT! Vegan, gluten and refined sugar free!

這個系列很直接,就是想讓大家知道在家也可以輕鬆做素食!
純素、無麩質、無精製糖 的一人份甜品,這次是教人懷念的小點心——布丁。無雞蛋卻有淡淡的豆奶香氣⋯⋯吃完一個也不夠呢。

Vegan caramel vanilla pudding
Serve 1
Preparing time 15 minutes
Ingredients /
(Pudding)
220mL Unsweentened Soymilk
5g Arrowroot powder
1g Agar agar
15g Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Dark Rum
(Caramel sauce)
25g Organic coconut sugar
15g Water
Instructions /
1. Whisk together soymilk, arrowroot powder and agar agar until smooth.
2. Add maple syrup, pure vanilla extract and dark rum into the mixture. Mix well.
3. Heat the mixture until simmering. Let it boil for 1 minute.
4. Carefully pour the mixture into the mould. Cover it in clingfilm & place it into the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
5. Make the sauce: Add the coconut sugar to a saucepan with the water. Melt until its golden.
6. Remove the pudding from the fridge and serve with the caramel sauce. Enjoy!

【純素焦糖雲呢嗱布丁】
1人份
準備時間:15分鐘
食材 /
(布丁)
220毫升 無糖豆乳
5克 葛粉
1克 寒天粉
15克 楓糖漿
1/2 茶匙 純雲呢嗱油
1/2 茶匙 蘭娒酒
(焦糖醬)
25克 有機椰糖
15克 水
做法 /
1. 將豆乳、葛粉和寒天粉放入鍋中,攪拌均勻。
2. 加入楓糖漿、純雲呢嗱油和蘭娒酒。
3. 以中火熬煮布丁的材料,煮滾一分鐘後熄火。
4. 將材料倒進布丁模具中,然後放進雪櫃,冷藏至少四小時至凝固。
5. 準備焦糖醬:將糖和水放進鍋中加熱,以小火煮至濃稠和金黃色。
6. 將焦糖醬淋在純素布丁上,即成!
