主要是跟大家分享接種AZ疫苗後的感受,
相信每個人都不大一樣。
最最最重要就是要多喝水跟休息,
48小時內好好觀察自己的狀況,
基本上熬過了大致上就沒事了。
至於要選擇哪種疫苗,自己選擇吧。
我覺得其實都一樣,
目前也沒有一種疫苗是有100%的保護力,
一切都還是得要提醒自己多注意安全,
保護自己等於保護身邊的人。

Just wanted to share the post symptoms that I experienced after first dose of AZ vaccine
I believe everyone has different experience
Personally, the most important is drink more water, of course get enough rest too
Do monitor for 48 hours
Basically everything will be alright after that
Regarding the question which vaccine to choose, just follow your own decision
I guess so far no vaccine is with 100% protection and effective
Be cautious even after your vaccination
Protect yourselves as it’s also a form of protection to the people at your surroundings

EDD: 22 June 2021
Last appt with my nurse at KK TTDI 🥶 Not going to see her again until I give birth 😶🌫️ Below are the review from yesterday’s follow up…
✅Baby’s heartbeat is 142
✅Mummy’s weight increased by 1.2kgs (swollen feet a̶n̶d̶ ̶c̶o̶n̶s̶t̶i̶p̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ does contribute to the weight gain too apparently 🥺)
✅Will arrange to meet with specialist at HKL this Friday, 18 June to further discuss on labor plan (bcs cannot exceed my EDD)
✅Continue to monitor for labour sign, if any, proceed straight to the hospital (PAC @ HKL)
PAC = Patient Assessment Centre
Being a first time mum can be quite challenging at times. Even though there may be lots of sharing and reading, but identifying the actual sign & symptoms are really confusing.. Especially contractions! 😫 Stomach tightening in the earlier trimester only happen after meals, these days, I woke up with it.. HAHAH! I mean it’s tight throughout the day (and night)! Then as I was anticipating for contractions… it just didn’t happen.
Last night, it did felt like some mild discomfort on my lower abdomen, like mild cramp, not really painful as it was bearable and we thought this might be it.. But as I “focused” too much on the symptoms, I think the discomfort disappeared. HAHAH! I told bae, even I wasn’t exactly sure what i was feeling right then but I can be sure if it’s a real contraction I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep.. so this is not what we want.. 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙭𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨. 𝙃𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙚-𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝙢𝙮 𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙥 𝙗𝙖𝙜, 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠, 𝙄𝘾 𝙣 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙠 😂 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙮 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤 𝙞𝙛 𝙄 𝙨𝙪𝙙𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙜𝙤 𝙤𝙣 𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧. I think it was 1am++ last night 😰 *betul betul drama* 😂
So we waited (while sleeping) till this morning, nothing happened. False alarm! No mucus plug, no contraction, no back pain, no bleeding, no water bag broke..
Anyway, tomorrow will be the day where we will meet the specialist at HKL, so let’s just be patient and see what they got to say 🤗

✅Baby’s heartbeat is 147
✅Uterus height is normal, matches my current week (36)
✅Haemoglobin is 13.5 (very good)
✅Weight increased by 2.3kgs
✅Baby’s position is already head down
✅Continue daily BSP monitor
✅Moving forward, appointment at KK will be on weekly basis till labor
⚠️Must walk more due to swollen feet (don’t stand/ sit too long)
⚠️Watch out on my weight and food intake

⚠️Be more alert on baby’s kick frm now onwards bcs if reduce, it may result in complication and that will require immediate medical attention
💯Because I’m considered a GDM mother (diabetic), no matter what, baby must be out by 22 June otherwise Doctor will induce 🥶
💯6 weeks after give birth, have to drink Air Gula (MGGT) again to check if glucose is high
💯During confinement, MUST
👉🏻 eat protein rich food
👉🏻 vitamin c rich food
👉🏻 drink lots of plain water
👉🏻 and walk more to balance blood flow and pressure (don’t lie on bed all the time unless c-sec/ wounded

Ingredients:
300g onion
15g garlic
15g ginger
30g coconut oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp five spice powder
1/2tsp chili powder
4 tbsp rice flour
100g lotus root
100g spinach
150g mushroom
20g coconut oil
1000ml water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cane sugar
25g salt
225g water
500g all purpose flour
Instructions:
1. fry onion on medium to high heat until brown. it takes 10 - 15 minutes. then add powder spice and rice flour.
2. fry lotus root, mushroom and spinach. add water, salt and cane sugar.
3. mix salt and water first then add it to all purpose flour.
4. make it into udon noodles.
5. boil udon noodles for a few minutes until cooked.
6. Enjoy!

3、水に塩を加えて溶かし、中力粉に加えます。
4、麺にします。(やり方は各自ご自由にどうぞ。笑)
5、うどんを茹でます。

Ingredients:
40g your choice of anaerobic coffee beans
700ml water
100g beet sugar
1 tsp agar powder
1 1/2 kudzu powder (you can skip this)
50ml water
150ml coconut milk
50g oat milk
50g maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions:
1. roast your coffee bean and brew it.
2. mix agar powder, kudzu powder and water then add the mixture and beet sugar to coffee.
3. keep heating until it almost brings to a boil. transfer it to a pan. leave it in a fridge.
4. mix coconut milk, oat milk, maple syrup and vanilla bean paste.
5. cut coffee jelly and pour cream mixture.
6. Enjoy!

アナエロビックコーヒー豆 40g
水 700ml
甜菜糖 100g
粉寒天 小さじ1
葛粉 大さじ1.5
水 50ml
ココナッツミルク 150ml
オートミルク 50ml
メープルシロップ 50g
バニラビーンペースト 大さじ1
「作り方」
1、コーヒー豆を焙煎して淹れる。
2、粉寒天、葛粉、水をよく混ぜ合わせ、甜菜糖と一緒にコーヒーに加える。
3、沸騰直前くらいまで火にかけて温める。型に流し入れ、冷蔵庫に入れておく。
4、ココナッツミルク、オートミルク、メープルシロップ、バニラビーンシロップを混ぜ合わせる。
5、コーヒーゼリーをカットし、4のクリームをかける。
6、エンジョーイ!
