👉 Here is how to Boost IMMUNE system in a natural way to fight & protect against any infection:
A. Start your Morning the right way: Our immune system is vulnerable in the morning after we wake up due to the influence of elevated stress hormone because of overnight fasting while sleep.
That is why a right breakfast is so important to jump start the immune system right away from the morning. Make a healthy smoothie using this formula 👉 1+2+1+ VCO.
1 serving (200-300 ml) of liquid base such as milk / soy milk / coconut water.
2 servings of fruit. Choose 1 fruit as the base taste like banana or watermelon and then add another highly antioxidant fruit like berries
1 serving of vegetable to add more fiber and antioxidant such as carrot, celery, kale, spinach etc.
1 tablespoon of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) which will add some healthy calorie from healthy fat, and these fat will also help to absorb fat soluble vitamins A,D, E, K

Do you know square watermelon? There is square watermelon in Japan, but it's rare and expensive(most of them are over 100 USD). The biggest issue is basically they aren't yummy because they are not for food but for display. So instead of it, I bought square watermelon bread. It's very cute, isn't it? It's basically yummy bread with lightly watermelon flavor. I drank watermelon mix smoothie too. It's strong watermelon flavor.

黄绿两种蜜瓜200g,400g green and yellow honeydew melon
蜂蜜1大勺,1 tbsp honey
柠檬汁1小勺,1 tsp lemon juice
薄荷叶随意,some mint leaf
气泡水600ml,600ml sparkling water
★ 冰冻葡萄气泡水
葡萄150g+200g,150g+200g grape
糖1大勺,1 tbsp sugar
青柠檬汁1小勺,1 tsp lime juice
气泡水500ml,500ml sparkling water
★ 西瓜牛奶气泡水
西瓜150g,150g watermelon
牛奶200ml,200ml milk
糖1大勺,1 tbsp sugar
气泡水500ml,500ml sparkling water
香草精1滴,1 drop vanilla extract
★ 超级柠柚气泡水
柠檬1个,1 lemon
青柠1个,1 lime
西柚半个,half grapefruit
糖2大勺,2 tbsp sugar

★ 百香菠椰气泡水

曾经我不懂咕咾肉有什么好吃的,后来发现不是咕咾肉的错,单纯是因为我没有吃到好吃的[二哈]我自己会用荔枝代替菠萝来入菜,荔枝的甜味更明显,搭配偏酸的糖醋汁,酸甜对比的感觉会更突出,荔枝多汁的口感也能很好的保存下来,下饭和配酒都很合适。
