女生每個月總會有幾天特別麻煩，心情也會容易被影響，身邊的人總受罪。我以前月經非常亂，亂到是有時候兩個月不來或一個月來兩次那種，然後每次來都長達一個多甚至兩個星期。如果吃冰冷的食物，情況更糟，很痛苦！
現在情況如何？最近這兩個月才發現月經情況改善了超多，首先每個月一次，每次幾天就好了，而且重點是完全沒感覺，沒有了以前那種經痛到不知該如何形容的狀況。再來，吃冰完全不成問題，精神跟一般日子一樣有活力耶。
這暑假天氣這麽熱，我月經來也照吃我最愛的雪糕－Happy Cow，這品牌是我吃過最好吃最沒有負擔的雪糕。因為它有超多口味選擇，而且重點沒有含奶，不傷害奶牛，真正的Happy Cow！（雖然有人說這品牌比較貴。可是，外面更貴的品牌不還是有很多人排隊買嗎？如果要一隻奶牛犧牲她的一生，就是為了讓我可以吃個小雪糕，相信你也不忍心吧！）
