Two years ago, I suffered shin splint on my right leg. Rest for three months. I visited the Larian Bersama Bomba 2014, which I registered the race but have to DNS it due to injury. Looking everyone running and you're not, that kind of feeling really put you down.
I told myself that one day I will be back for this race and race real hard for it no matter under what circumstances.
Last Saturday, I back for the race and I won 3rd placing with a new personal best for my 10 km timing, 34:57 min. A sub 35.
Do not give up yourself when you suffer injury, what I believe is that you will bounce back and become even stronger than before and you got to believe that.
