Jason Chen, Founder and Chairman shared the story about how he got inspired to use coffee grounds for sustainable fashion (咖啡紗 | S.Café®). With clients and partners like The North Face, Timberland, Wacoal, New Balance, BOSS and such, you might be wearing a piece of innovation from Taiwan at this very moment! SINGTEX is also a national nominated supplier for protective clothing and mask shields (防疫國家隊). 🙌

William Chen, Founder of Tranzend then took over. This 2nd generation entrepreneur (Jason's son) has the ambition to build the most advanced suits with aesthetic, technology and sustainability. He has led the team with several successful crowdfunding campaigns in the US and Taiwan, and in fact just launched another one with Ultra Coat! 🥇

We asked William about whether his dad (Jason) was supportive at the beginning, his considerations with crowdfunding v.s. venture funding, and challenges for Taiwanese brands to go global. It's inspirational to see this young man pursuing his dream with such passion and determination! 💪
