"I would almost say photography is a real form of time traveling. Emotions can be triggered, shared moments suddenly become completely real again, even after decades, by looking at photos. This is my motivation behind photography – creating something that stays for eternity." - Dominik Hildebrandt

If you keep doing the things you're doing now, you probably won't become successful.
And that's ok.
It's not your fault.
Maybe there's a bad habit that is holding you back.
Maybe there is a small mindset shift you need to make.
Or maybe you just need to get clearer on your purpose.
But you probably didn't know these things were holding you back.
The question I ask myself is, "Am I becoming the man I envisioned?"
"What do I need to stop doing, and what do I need to do more of, to get to the next level?"
If you never take a moment to stop running the hamster wheel, you'll never realize that you're not getting anywhere.
You have to take a hard look at yourself, remove your emotions, and ask some hard question.
So, let me ask you a hard question...
What is one habit or activity that is not serving your true purpose?
Comment below.

Urdhva Dhanurasana; Upward Bow Pose/ Wheel Pose- The deep back-bending aspect of this pose opens the lungs, which makes it therapeutic for asthma. Additionally, this pose stimulates the thyroid and pituitary glands, increasing energy and providing relief from mild depression.

Many practitioners keep the heart and throat centers closed off and protected, but opening these chakras can increase emotional growth, confidence, and self-esteem. It is important to stay aware of your feelings when practicing Upward Bow; being afraid of your emotions can cause the body to stiffen, which can lead to injury.
