上週六晚餐來到了這家位於 Santa Clara 去年十月份開幕的新穎美式韓式餐廳 Restaurant Gish
由韓國主廚親自料理
服務生也都是韓國人
餐廳空間不大只有四桌
開放式的廚房可以看到廚師在裡面準備餐點。

Restaurant Gish 每個月的菜單都會更換主題
六月份的主題是共享
每一道菜都是採取大份量上桌
附上一根夾子好分享。

六月份的菜單價格成人為 $47
一共有五道菜
之前還有推出 $21 的 Wine Tasting
不過現在只有點單杯的選擇。

Rodney Strong, Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma County, 2018 $16
第一杯我點了來自索諾瑪山谷的 Sauvignon Blanc
有點淡淡的蜜瓜香氣。

Andrew Rich, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley 2017 $21
另外一杯點了 Pinot Noir
這杯中規中矩
不過上桌時酒溫有點高。

Savory Dinner Roll with Dill Butter
首先第一道上桌的是奶油麵包
超級熱騰騰的端上桌。
旁邊附上店家自製的蒔蘿奶油醬

Wedge Salad with Apple Dressing
第二道是楔形生菜沙拉搭配蘋果片
上面撒上了鯖魚、洋蔥、花瓣、起司以及南瓜子
整體相當清爽。

Ojinguh Soondae (Squid Sausage)
第三道是熱的前菜
最下面是紫米鋪墊
以酥脆的炸皮包著中間的魷魚
魷魚內包著豬肉碎末
整體吃起來就是一根魷魚香腸包炸皮
這道相對最不喜歡
因為口味偏重
炸皮偏硬
魷魚的質感當作香腸皮稍顯詭異。

Braised Pork Knuckle with Sides
主餐是這道超大一盤的豬腳
使用德國豬腳的做法
加入啤酒先醃過
外皮焦脆富有彈性
旁邊搭配地瓜
份量十足
我們吃不完打包這一道。
旁邊附上四種配菜
包含了韓式不辣的泡菜、醬油醃製小番茄、醬瓜與調味料。

Cuvée, Napa Valley, 2014 $18
最後一杯我點了 Cuvée
酒色相對比較重
有一點香料的氣息
整體還滿適合搭配豬腳的。

Peach Milk Bingsu
最後的甜點是我最喜歡的！
白桃冰沙的口感層次非常豐富
端上桌時倒入水讓乾冰冒出煙霧
很有米其林創意餐廳的特色甜點風格。
桃子冰沙超級清甜爽口
上面還有一小塊起司蛋糕
裡面有桃子、杏仁片、藍莓、櫻桃
整體非常好吃。

Restaurant Gish 晚餐用餐時段有五點以及七點兩個選擇
一定要上網預約訂位。
現在座位已經開放到八月底
已經被預約一空
有興趣的人可以設定有位置跳出提醒
或是提早預訂九月份之後的座位喔~

整體來說 Restaurant Gish 想要展現 fine dining 的感覺
但細節度還有很多進步空間
整體感覺還不錯不過沒有到驚艷的程度
兩人總共點三杯普通的酒大約人均 $100
總體是值得一試新餐廳
不過性價比也不到十分高。
