十六歲，自閉症，TG post，煽動及侮辱官員罪

呢位有自閉症嘅柬埔寨十六歲少年Kak Sovann Chhay，媽媽話佢九歲先識講嘢，所以自細唔多同人溝通，剩係對歷史同政治書本有興趣。佢爸爸係2013年大選後最大反對黨柬埔寨救國黨（Cambodian National Rescue Party）成員，2017年政府指呢個政黨勾結美國下令解散，150個成員禁止參與政治五年，然後响閉門審判之下判監，柬埔寨從此再次成為單一政黨管治。

响爸爸被判監之後，Kak Sovann Chhay試過响街上被人用磚頭打，亦因為試圖爬上前柬埔寨救國黨總部攞支黨旗被拘留兩日。三個月前，因為响TG group有人話佢爸爸係賣國，所以响個group度同人鬧交。

結果...被移咗民去加拿大嘅親政府「網友」隔岸舉報，唔洗一個鐘，二十個警察揸住AK-47包圍屋企，六個攞住法院搜查令入屋，以煽動及侮辱官員罪將Kak Sovann Chhay拘捕，到今日已經超過三個月。

昨日輪到若翠執行市政總質詢，若翠針對以下幾個重點提出疑問，
包含＃青年失業率 高雄青年失業率逐年升高，青年局的青年補助方案是否有實質性的幫助到人民？＃疫苗施打後反應不良 市民不想打高端，真正想打的是「高官」！！市府是否願意負起責任，向疫苗公司提出求償？對於人民的健康安全是否能進行保障？
＃ 路平專案 人民所關心的路平、燈亮、水溝通，面對災害來臨時，能否不再受淹水而苦？能否安安全全的行駛在道路上？
# 災害補助 賠償的災害補助金，遠遠不及民眾財物損失賠償，是否能請政府是否能請市長的災害預備金能研議一下，災準金提高，幫助受災的市民建家園？
以及未來＃開學的用餐防疫隔板 也感謝高雄市教育局的補助經費，讓家長和學生能夠安心開學
最後也希望未來政府能夠招商引資，爭取#三圈三區拚轉型升級，借鏡星馬香港，打造高雄雙子星曼哈頓。

🏡高雄新興區建華里里內有一塊面積約0.11公頃的中油閒置土地，土地上有一座二次世界大戰興建的防空洞及一顆百年的老榕樹，此地中油原意做為宿舍區，但市府都市計畫已列為「兒B1」兒童遊樂場用地，因此16年來一直閒置未動。
🏞聽見建華里吳文欽里長與里民們心聲，因里內無一座公園綠地可活動及休閒場地，一直希望能將這土地活化使用，於是若翠積極與中油及市府間協調，終於中油同意將此地讓建華里認養管理。
另外市府也預定協助將此地闢為社區公園，並保留百年榕樹及防空洞，之後在防空洞前掛上文字解說，以成為社區親子教材與居民生活記憶的歷史廊道。
