#一個方法找出你無法實現夢想的原因
.
「當我有錢了，我就要過上自己想要的生活」、「當我有能力了，我就要創業成為成功的企業家」、「當我有時間了，我要好好孝順父母」。
.
如果你常常用這種方式表達你的目標，那我知道為什麼你的夢想總是實現不了。
.
.
.
.
很多人常常問我，如何才能實現夢想。有沒有什麼實現夢想的方程式，可以快速實現夢想？
.
#其實方式很簡單，而且只需要3個英文單詞，就是「Be」、「Do」和「Have」。「Be」，就是成為你想成為的人；「Do」，就是實現夢想需要具備的條件；「Have」，則是實現夢想後，你可以獲得的一切。
.
千萬不要以為這三個元素「排名不分先後」，一旦排錯先後順序，其實效果差非常多。
.
一般來說，我們都會以為達成目標的方式是「Do」、「Have」、「Be」。
.
假設你今天的目標是成為一個成功的企業家，你就覺得需要去做一些事情（Do），例如賺錢、工作、累積經驗等。
.
這些過程會讓你擁有（Have）高收入、成功的公司、汽車洋房等，最後你才成為（Be）一位成功的企業家。
.
這會讓我們成為「總是在等待時機、說得出但還做不到的人」，例如：「等我有錢了，我就要開創自己的公司；等我有時間了，我就可以和另一半培養感情」。
.
#總是認為：「我需要擁有某些東西，我才能達成自己的目標，成為自己想成為的樣子」。
.
但其實，實現夢想的過程剛好是相反的，你先成為你自己理想中的樣子（Be），去做他應該要做的事情（Do），自然而然你就可以擁有自己想要的東西（Have）。
.
這就是所謂的「#Be，#Do，#Have」原則。
.
舉例來說，如果說你的夢想同樣是成為一名成功的企業家，那你首先需要做的事情，就是先「活得」（Be）像是一位成功的企業家。
.
而決定好後，接下來你要做的事情，就是去學習、去想像，成功的企業家都會做些什麼事（Do）。例如：拓展人脈、每天學習、說話從容、建立商業模式等。不僅如此，你在
.
解決問題的時候，想像如果你是一位成功的企業家，你會如何解決；學習的過程中，想像如果你是一位成功的企業家，你需要學會什麼技能；日常生活中，想像如果你是一位成功的企業家，你會做什麼？
.
而最簡單的方法，就是為自己找一個學習的幫忙，嘗試把自己提升到和他一樣的高度，用他的角度去看待事情，去做他該做的事情，你會越來越接近自己的夢想。當你成功達成夢想後，你就會擁有你想要的一切。
.
最後和你分享一句我很喜歡的話：

「Be the person in your wildest dreams; Do What you do in your wildest dreams; Have the life of your wildest dreams」

「做你夢想中的那個人，做你夢想中會做的事情，擁有你夢想中的人生」。
