1989年獲美國U., of Montana微生物學碩士，1995年獲Johns Hopkins U., 電腦科學碩士。1989年移居美國馬里蘭州，在Life Technologies Inc.,(LTI)工作, 1998年進入甲骨文(Oracle)工作，2011年進入聯邦政府財政部成為公務員至今。 2015－2017年擔任華府輔大校友會會長，現為華府華文作家恊會會長。以筆名九里安西王在臺灣中國時報人間副刊、中華日報副刊、金門日報副刊、聯合報繽紛版、人間福報副刊、美國世界日報家園版、世界周刊、華府新聞日報以及達拉斯新聞副刊等發表文章。2017年起兼任美國世界日報華府通訊記者，以及華府新聞日報「華府過客」和「人在洋邦」專欄作家、記者及自由撰稿人，著有〈走過零下四十度〉散文集。

Thu Thiem tunnel runs underneath Saigon Saigon river - Hầm Thủ Thiêm dưới sông Sài Gòn
The tunnel is 1.49km long, 33m wide and 9m high. It has six lanes which can carry around 45,000 automobiles and 15,000 motorcycles a day.
It has a speed limit of 60km per hour and a projected operational life of 100 years.
Thu Thiem Tunnel, which links the new urban area of Thu Thiem in District 2 with downtown HCM City in District 1, is the most difficult and complicated part of the East-West Highway project.
The 22km East-West Highway runs from the Cat Lai crossroads in District 2 through districts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and Binh Tan to National Highway 1A in Binh Chanh District. Work began in 1997 with an initial investment of VND9.9 trillion (US$470 million) made up of VND6.4 trillion ($304.7 million) from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and VND3.47 trillion ($165 million) from the State.
The total investment for the project was VND16 trillion (US$762 million), according to figures from the HCM City People's Committee.

I can perfectly understand parents' mindset of wanting their offspring to be the best that they can be. I have been a foster aunt for three years and have spoken to probably more parents in my line of work, than you did.
Unfortunately, in the race for distinctions, parents often do not have enough time to develop a child's moral character. We sort of hope they will grow up fine, somehow. By emulating us, the parents, perhaps.
In my opinion, that is real risky. It's like tikam tikam. I know, because I come from a family where not every one of us grew up "just fine".
In Feng Shui, which Star can time-stretched parents engage to have an easier time, bringing up children of a better caliber?
Oh, so you are not a parent and you wonder if what I am going to say in this video is going to be useful to you?
