All Day Breakfast 🥞

Whenever I’m thinking about pancakes💭🥞 , The Flying Pan just pops up in my mind. The Flying Pan is most famous for their all day breakfasts in American portion. By all day breakfast, they literally serve breakfast ALL day, 24 hours 🌞🌛(but I doubt if anyone would eat pancakes in LKF at 3am lol 🧐)

Anyways, we visited their wanchai branch at 11am today and it was pretty busy already. I tried the fluffy pancakes with scrambled eggs🥞, and the strawberry purée and cream cheese French toast with bacon 🥓. The pancakes, although in American style, are sooo fluffy and buttery- and the size is gigantic!! The two scrambled egg are so soft and creamy too. As for the French toast, it was a lil bit dry, not sure if it’s related to the “healthier” wheat toast alternative that we opted for🍞. The strawberry purée and cream cheese fillings are very indulging tho 🍓🧀. Tried my friend’s bagel also- chewy and crispy, would be much better if it wasn’t that burnt 🔥😂

All in all, the Flying Pan offers nothing fancy or special to your tastebud and eyeballs tbh, but somehow they did a great job in satisfying your American Breakfast cravings 😉
