(字幕ONにしてご覧ください)ダイソーの『くまのプーさん ケーキ型カップ シリコーン』を使ってホットミルクが入ってるみたいなマグカップ型のクッキーを作ってみました。こんな感じのお菓子を作りたいな〜と考えてた時に やっと出会えたのがこのプーさんのシリコン型。形も大きさもマグカップクッキーにピッタリじゃん!既製品のお菓子『チョコレートポテコ』の力も借りて、できあがりました!1つでもインパクトがあるので、プレゼントにしてもいいかも。これまたダイソーで買ったワックスペーパーを使って簡単ラッピングもしました。
*レシピ*(6マグカップ)
1.室温に戻した 無塩バター 80gを混ぜる。
2.粉砂糖 35g、塩 ひとつまみをフルイ入れ混ぜる。
3.薄力粉 120g、ココアパウダー 10gを合わせてフルイ入れ、さっくりと混ぜ、ひとまとめにする。
4.6等分する。1つあたり38gです。
5.型に4を詰める。シリコン型をひっくり返し、生地を密着させ空気が入らないように押し込んで詰めると良い。
6.一周り小さいコップの底などを押し付け、ガイドの型押しをする。
7.ガイドの円の内側に竹串を刺し、空気穴を作る。
8.冷蔵庫で30分〜1時間冷やす。
9.天板に8を並べ、オーブンシートを挟み、天板などで蓋をする。
10.150度に予熱したオーブンでおよそ35分焼く。
11.そのまま10〜15分冷まし、粗熱を取る。
12.型から取り出し、網などの上でしっかり冷ます。
13.接着剤代わりの溶かしたチョコレートを使って、取っ手をつける。冷蔵庫で冷やす。取っ手に見立てた『チョコレートポテコ』はセブンイレブンで買いました。
14.溶かしたホワイトチョコレート 40gを上に丸く置く。
15.好みのデコをする。デコ素材のミニマシュマロ、チョコチップツイン、ホワイトクランチは、ダイソーで買いました。冷蔵庫で冷やす。
16.でけた。
ラッピングは22センチの正方形に切ったワックスペーパーで作りました。できあがりの袋の底の1辺は6センチの正方形になるよように折り、クッキーをラッピングしました。
ほろっとしたココアクッキーにホワイトチョコレートがマッチしておいしい。普通のポテコで白いバージョンもいいですね。

We tried making a cookie in the shape of a mug with hot milk in it using DAISO's "Winnie the Pooh-shaped silicone cake mold". After thinking that we'd love to make sweets like this, we finally stumbled across this Winnie the Pooh-shaped silicone mold. Isn't it's shape and size perfect for mug cookies?! Drawing upon the awesomeness that is the readily available "Chocolate Poteko" snack, we were able to do it! Even just one cookie can be impactful to they could make great presents. We made simple wrapping from wax paper that we also got from DAISO.
*Recipe* (6 mugs)
1. Mix 80g of room temperature butter.
2. Sieve and mix in 35g of powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.
3. Combine and sieve 120g of all purpose flour & 10g of cocoa powder. Mix well as we will be lumping it all together.
4. Divide into 6 pieces, each being around 38g.
5. Put Step 4 into the molds. It's a good idea to turn the molds over and press firmly so no air pockets get in.
6. Press all around the bottom of the small cups along the shape of the guide.
7. Pierce the inner circle of the guide with a skewer to ventilate.
8. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes ~ 1 hour to chill.
9. Arrange Step 8 onto a cookie sheet, put a baking sheet over it, and then another cookie sheet on top of that.
10. Bake for around 35 minutes in an oven pre-heated at 150°C.
11. Allow to cool as-is for 10~15 minutes.
12. Remove the cookies from their molds and cool on a wire rack.
13. Attach the handle using melted chocolate instead of glue. Cool in the fridge. We bought "Chocolate Poteko" that looks like a handle at a 7-Eleven.
14. Put 40g of melted white chocolate on top.
15. Decorate as desired. We bought mini marshmallows, "Chocolate Chip Twins", and "White Crunch" at DAISO. Chill the cookies in the fridge.
16. Finished.
We made the wrapping by cutting 22cm rectangles of wax paper, folding one side of the bottom of the gift bags into a 6cm rectangle and wrapped the cookie.
The delicious chocolate cookie pairs well with the white chocolate and is utterly delicious. It'd also work well with the white version of "Poteko".

This is a very popular snack in Asia. It is known under many names such as: Youtiao, Chinese cruller, Chinese oil stick, Chinese doughnut, fried breadstick, patongkoh, guǒzi, iû-chiā-kóe, 油炸粿, yàuhjagwái , 油炸鬼, cakwe, pah thawng ko, char kway, you char kuay, u char kway, e kya kway, bicho, bicho-bicho, bánh quẩy, quẩy nóng, giò chéo quẩy, giò cháo quẩy etc.
Ingredients
500 g all-purpose flour (10-11% Protein)
300 ml water at room temperature
10 g baking soda
5 g baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
TIPS:
*If the protein percentage in your flour is lower than 10%, you might need to use less water. The amount of water should be somewhere between 250-300ml
**If you want more crispy breadsticks, use 5g baking soda and 5g baking ammonium to REPLACE the baking soda and baking powder in the recipe.
**You can keep the fried breadsticks (after fried) in the freezer. Fry again or bake in the oven next time you want to eat.

Ingredients
200 ml coconut milk 7 fl.oz.
200 g sugar ( 7 oz/ 1 cup)
1 pinch of salt
½ tsp pandan extract
6 eggs eggs
240 g tapioca starch (8.5 oz / 2 cups)
2 ½ tsp single-acting baking powder (eg. Alsa brand http://amzn.to/1dYUnKD)
Optional: 1 pack vanilla sugar 11g (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)

**Do NOT use double-acting baking powder, only single-acting (eg. Alsa brand http://amzn.to/1dYUnKD) works. Difference: Single-acting works once when it gets wet. Double-acting works twice: first when it touches a liquid and then again when it is heated.
**The cake tastes the best freshly out of the oven. It can be stored for 1-2 days by wrapping in plastic wrap. If you serve it on the next day, microwave for about 15 seconds.
**Making this cake might look easy, but it is also easy to FAIL. Please follow the measurements and instructions closely, otherwise the cake might not have the honeycomb texture, or collapse. Check out my blog to find out why your cake collapses!
** The cake tastes very good with pandan extract, but you can replace pandan extract with other flavour.
