When visiting Yakinikumafia HK, do not miss the keema curry rice, a gooey plate of rich Ozaki beef curry cascading over a mound of Japanese rice and topped with a bright orange egg yolk.
This restaurant specialises in curries and the menu changes once a month. For the month of October, there are 3 kinds of curries to choose from (or you can choose all 3 like I did): Chicken with mackerel pike keema, Sweet potato, ginkgo and pork keema and Habanero, mushroom, beef & pork keema. You also get to choose between jasmine rice and turmeric rice to go with your choice of curry. I thoroughly enjoyed all 3 of my curries and if you are a die-hard fan of curry like myself, then I think it’s definitely worth paying a visit.

大家期待的 The Light Hotel 斋戒月自助餐隆重登场！今年， The Light Hotel 以 Khazanah Sajian Nusantara 为主题，把料理发挥得淋漓尽致。今年斋戒月，他们的大厅是以Minangkabau房屋为装饰。传统建筑的屋顶花了将近一周的时间才完工。这将是拍照的好地点。
Spice Brasserie 以提供丰盛美味的料理闻名。今年，他们也把马来西亚各州的菜肴聚集在这里。从妈妈的菜肴到市镇的小吃，他们家都安排于此。还有，这里有的菜肴高达 171种，包括6个现点现做摊位，6种在咖喱在大锅中供应的食物。 20种主菜，2种咸味米饭，15种以上的甜点以及更多令人垂涎的菜肴。
其他选择包括沙拉，开胃菜，汤，面包。还有烤肉，烧烤站，面条，印度口味料理，中国口味料理以及西方美食。我们最喜欢他们家的各式咖喱，还有 Kebab,试了一次真的回味无穷。

Rurubu is popular Japanese guide book. They lately released local curry series. Hokkaido is cheese butter curry, Kyoto is Japanese style dashi curry, Osaka is sweet & spicy beef curry and Okinawa is taco rice style keema curry. You can enjoy travel feeling in your house. 711 Food 'Keema Curry with Minced Pork, Beef, Soft Boiled Egg & Cheese Sauce', 'Red Bean Soup'. The yellow rice is not turmeric rice but dry curry(curried pilaf). The Keema curry is spicy but cheese sauce and soft boiled egg make it mild and savory. The red bean soup is 'Zenzai' in Japanese. It's one of traditional sweets Wagashi. It's very popular especially in cold season.
