材料:
水 50ml,魚膠粉 10g,砂糖 200g,水 150g,白朱古力 200g,魚膠粉水,食用色素,牛油忌廉蛋糕,忌廉
做法:
1. 用細火將水,魚膠粉拌勻
2. 用細火將砂糖,水,白朱古力,魚膠粉水拌勻
3. 分成幾個份量,加入不同的食用色素,拌勻待10分鐘
4. 在蛋糕上加上色素漿,忌廉,做成星空效果

200g Sugar, 150ml Water, 200g White Chocolate
Food Coloring: 1/2 tsp Blue + 1/2 tsp Black, 1/4 tsp Blue, 1 Drop Sky Blue, 1 Drop Pink, 1 Drop Purple
Butter Cream Cake, Heavy Cream
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil 50ml of water in a pot and melt 10g of gelatin powder in it.
2. Add 200g of sugar and 150ml of water into the pot. When it starts to boil, add 200g of white chocolate and melt it. Boil a bit more after adding gelatin water.
3. Separate the glaze into 5 different bowls. Add 1/2 tsp blue + 1/2 tsp black, 1/4 tsp blue, 1 drop of sky blue, 1 drop of pink, 1 drop of purple into each bowl. Mix well and let cool for 10 minutes.
4. Mix the right amount of navy and blue glaze to create a space-like color. Pour the space-like colored glaze on top of hard butter cream cake.
5. Pour purple, pink and sky blue glaze in order by using a spoon. Spread it with a spatula. Add a spatter of heavy cream by adding heavy cream on a brush and splashing it over the cake.
