กะหล่ำดาวผัดเบคอน
Brussels Sprout with Bacon
กะหล่ำดาว เป็นผักมากคุณค่า หน้าตาดูคล้ายกะหล่ำปลี สูตรนี้ นำมาผัดกับเบคอน ปรุงรสให้กลมกล่อมง่ายๆ ด้วยโชยุ
กะหล่ำดาว 250 กรัม
เบคอน (หั่นหนา) 120 กรัม
หอมใหญ่ (หั่นเต๋า) 50 กรัม
เนย 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
โชยุ 2 ช้อนชา
มิริน 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
พริกไทยดำ ปรุงรส
1. ล้างทำความสะอาด และตัดส่วนปลายของกะหล่ำดาวออกเล็กน้อย (ส่วนที่แข็ง) แล้วหั่นครึ่ง
2. ตั้งกระทะ นำเบคอนลงไปรวนให้ได้ความกรอบตามต้องการ ตัดออกมาพักไว้
3. ใส่เนยลงไปผสมกับน้ำมันที่ได้จากเบคอน ใส่หอมใหญ่ และกะหล่ำดาวลงไป ผัดให้น้ำมันเคลือบดี
4. พอส่วนผสมเริ่มร้อน ก็ปิดฝากระทะ ลดไฟ ประมาณ 3-5 นาที เพื่อให้กะหล่ำดาวสุกทั่วดี
5. เปิดฝา ใส่เบคอนกลับลงไป ปรุงรสด้วยโชยุ และมิริน ผัดให้เข้ากันดี โรยพริกไทยดำ ตักใส่จานเสิร์ฟ

Brussels Sprout 250 g
Bacon (thick cut) 120 g
Onion (diced) 50 g
Butter 1 tbsp
Shoyu 2 tsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Black Pepper
1. Wash and thinly slice off each sprout tough base, then slice into half own through the stalk.
2. In a hot pan, fry the bacon to your desired crispiness and set aside. In the same pan, add butter followed by onion and brussels sprout.
3. Stir briefly before lower the heat and close the lid, steam for 3 to 5 minutes, until sprouts are cooked.
4. Add bacon, season with shoyu, mirin and a twist of black pepper before serve.
