BS 一直以來廣告都打非常兇
什麼自己網購最安心，做代購不求人
當然中間停過很多賣家抱怨，運送非常慢，問題很多，客服找不到人等等
但都沒自己經歷到，這次終於讓我遇到了QQ
前陣子電商折扣季買了一頂紳士帽，使用了BS的集運服務，
等待了一陣子，終於到了香港，為了怕被拆箱合併，我也單獨的付了款，讓他單獨一箱的
寄來。
收到的時候非常驚訝，這個箱子的大小不太正確，我買的是紳士帽，不是毛帽內...
後來打開果然是想像中的樣子
我一頂五百歐元的紳士帽，壓的像菜脯一樣，非常誇張。
箱子高度大概8公分，還要扣除紙箱厚度跟襯紙厚度粗估大概剩不到7公分的空間，但我的
帽子帽高至少12公分啊...
我馬上把它拿出來盡量恢復原狀，但我知道是救不回來的，帽冠已經被壓壞完全變形了，
這可能要送回原廠或專門帽子店才能處理了...
我立馬反應給BS，也在隔天收到回覆，回覆如圖片，針對貨物損壞僅賠償運費30%也就是1
00元，而我是破例賠償了300元！
OK，你BS有自己的流程我沒意見，要改箱我也不反對，但你開了箱將客人物品移出換了一
個不正確的包裝導致損壞，卻要客人自行負責？
我一個東西好好的你硬要換箱，然後把他弄壞叫客人認賠？
那如果各位買的是精品，被壓壞了被刮傷了，都要自行小心了，因為我們BS大哥不負責的
XDD
如果連這麼誇張的事情都是這樣處理，那就不用享更多其他小事情了，你只能祈禱貨件平
安無事，不然出事都是你家的事～
非常糟糕的經驗，看來是把所有經費跟心力都拿去業配打廣告了，有轉運需求的，建議各
位三思！
