●Ingredients(for 24 pieces)
300 g ground pork
60 g shrimp
80 ml
small piece ginger
1 tbsp lard
1 tsp sesame oil
5 cm white leek
1 tsp salt
some pepper
●Spicy Sauce
3 tbsp
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp vinegar
4 tbsp Chinese sesame paste
1 tbsp Rayu
●Gyoza wrappers(for 24 sheets)
50 g bread flour
100 g cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
70 ml water
●Luscious water
100 ml water
green part white leek
small piece ginger
●Chinese sesame paste
60 g sesame seeds
25 ml oil
25 ml sesame oil
●Sweet soy sauce
100 ml soy sauce
100 g sugar
100 ml sake
20 grain Chinese pepper
1 star anise
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 tsp Chinpi
5 cm white leek
2 slices ginger
