We were supposed to LIVESTREAM over all platforms, but somehow, I could not get through via Facebook so it's ok, will post the Youtube recorded version over here.
Earlier, I did a LIVESTREAM with 2 Covid-19 survivors, Dr Saraswathy and Puan Istiqamah. They both share their experience and emotions upon finding out they were tested positive for the virus.
Joining them was Puan Istiqamah's husband, Dr Iqbal who had to be home quarantined with his 16 year old daughter for 2 weeks - and he too shares some tips on how he handled the situation when it became emotionally and mentally taxing for him.
Dr Lee Sze Chat, a psychiatrist from Hospital Mesra, Bukit Padang sheds some light on the Do's and Don'ts when facing someone or a situation affected by the coronovirus. She also explains the importance of being mindful and caring when dealing with such situations.
