Hi, everyone :) Today we’re going to show you how to make French Toast in the French Style. (Pain Perdu)
Nothing can beat a lazy weekend brunch to relax after a busy! French toast is a wonderful way of starting the weekend morning. In french, people call it “Pain Perdu” means “lost bread”, referring to this dish can rescue stale bread to be a delicious food. Stale bread is also the most important ingredient of French toast. Because a drier bread will soak up all the custard and then cooked in a pan until golden brown of each side. The interior of the bread is a softy custardy taste.
This recipe is amazing and easy to make, even a child can make it. It can be topped with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, maple syrup or honey. Hope you like this video. Enjoy. :)

Classic Peanut Butter cookies recipe
☞ this recipe can make 4 thick slices
Ingredients
milk 120ml
whipping cream 50ml
egg 1
cinnamon powder ½ tsp
brown sugar 30g
few drops of vanilla extract
unsalted butter 20g
baguette 4 slices, cut into 4-5 cm thickness

Instructions
1. Slice 4 baguette bread into 4-5cm thickness. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon powder, until smooth.
3. Pour milk and whipping cream, mix well.
4. Place a bread slice into the custard mixture to soak well on both sides. Transfer bread slices in a deep wide bowl.
5. Pour the rest of egg mixture, soak each side of bread for 3 minutes.
6. Sprinkle sugar on top. Heat a frying pan on medium heat, coat it with butter. Place the slices in, the sugar side forward the pan.
7. In the meanwhile, sprinkle sugar on another side, cook until both side are golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove bread slices from frying pan, ,dust with powdered sugar and pour honey or maple syrup. It's down. Enjoy!
