A等妈从小吃到大的面疙瘩，没想到孩子第一次吃就深深爱上，一连吃了好几碗，而且也不会掉的满地都是，实在太high了！大家赶快试试看吧！

Kate grew up eating dough drops soup. It was really heartwarming to see the kids enjoying this dish and they had quite a few bowls. The place was surprisingly still clean and neat after they had their fill! That’s awesome! Everyone should try this out!

［手工面疙瘩］[Dough Drops Soup]

［材料］[Ingredients]
- 中筋面粉, All-purpose Flour 250g
- 温水, Warm Water 100g
- 高汤适量 Chicken Stock
- 鸡蛋, Egg 2颗
- 泡水干香菇, Dried Mushrooms 5-8朵
- 木耳, Black Fungus 2片
- 高丽菜, Cabbage 适量
- 红萝卜, Carrots 适量

［做法］[Ingredients]

- 面粉加入温水（约60度C），搓揉至不粘手
- 捏成小块煮熟，捞起备用
- 高汤加入泡水后的干香菇，木耳丝，红萝卜丝，高丽菜丝煮滚
- 加入面疙瘩
- 煮滚后打入蛋花

- Hand mix flour and warm water (60 degree celcius)
- Pinch dough into small pieces and boil
- Add soaked dried mushrooms, black fungus, stripped carrots, stripped cabbage into chicken stock to a boil
- Add boiled dough drops to the stock mixture
- Add egg when stock mixture comes to a boil
