A day for romance and You are the apple of my eye.
It was a pleasant evening with Hilton Kota Kinabalu. Serving us with unique menu creation by Chef & team while we had our 5 course set menu at Rooftop Poolside Bar & Grill. It was also good to know that ingredients were also sourced locally, do you know that there's Salmon farm at Tuaran? 😋
The menu 🍽️ :
- Marinated Yabbies with quinoa salad, black caviar and artichoke.
- Yukon Potato Soup with Shimeji mushrooms and passion fruit sorbet.
- Main course selection of Pan Fried Angus Beef Medallions with mushroom gratin, roasted vegetables and truffle mush, or Oven Smoked Norwegian Salmon with cauliflower lemon puree, charred vegetables and tomato compote.
- Dessert - Hibiscus Raspberry Entremets, champagne spheres and chocolate Florentine.
Available on 14 February 2020, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
