先講美股，已經連跌兩個星期，但講緊3%都冇。有個讀者見ASML跌4%又嚟PM我，我都唔知佢想點。唯有都係贈佢一句：升幾倍然後跌4%又驚又要止蝕嘅，都係返屋企磨墨啦。莫講話5% 10%，30%我都冇驚過。
因為講到尾，好簡單，股票一般係升嘅。已經講完。咁你覺得自己可以隻嘢10蚊跌到9蚊買然後11蚊 take profit 8蚊止蝕嘅，就自己去試下啦。
但對我嚟講，股票嘅嘢，最緊要都唔止係揀啱股，最緊要係買得大。同埋時間。否則你去賭波好過。講過無數次啦，大大棍，然後贏佢幾倍，咁我就算其他幾隻輸錢都夠冚有突。
你要寫嘅，美股大把利淡理由添。實情你話我廢話都好，但，日日都有人沽架啦（舊年3月我咁講又畀人鬧仆街死財演了），每單交易都有人買有人賣，咁即係有人睇好有人睇淡，永遠都兩邊有理由，否則點會有人賣畀你？你要講嘅，由債息到通脹到盈利到債務上限到估值到孖展乜都有得講。但股市唔係南宮夫人信箱，股票長升唔使有任何理由。
港股嘅，我知，中秋節嘛，雷曼爆煲。我做緊分析員中秋節要返工添。咁你梗係講恒大。
我就都唔知有乜好講，但恒大正路下星期就會還唔到利息，aka違約。之但係，一早講晒，銀行都預備好晒，仲有戲唱？雖然，講明打你塊面都仲係痛嘅。
我見唔少人都講，雷曼當時債務只係XXX億，恒大而家幾多億。咁呢度已經犯幾個錯誤。首先，你可以睇下十幾年嚟印咗幾多錢，銀行嘅股本膨脹咗幾多。第二，資產格價跌一般害唔死人，正如聽日美股跌五成我都唔使跳樓，幾時係槓杆害死人。金融海嘯前嘅銀行，一蚊股本頂五六十蚊資產。啲資產跌2%已經成間wide out，你可以望下而家槓杆低咗幾多。唔明係乜？就Patreon先解你知。
但最重要係，真係冇可比性。雷曼最大嘅危險，係因為佢係一間銀行，會影響成個金融體系。所以個問題並唔係其他人蝕幾多錢，而係咩人蝕錢。你可以望下恒大爭銀行嘅錢，以工行農行嗰啲規模，食得起有餘。我在Patreon有寫。咁你另外啲咩ETF呀 其他人輸錢，就貴客自理了

Islamic Financial Literacy Conference (2021)
Just delivered 30 minute special address at this conference organised by Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance, IIUM.
I mentioned about financial prudence (inspired by verse 5 of al-Nisa) and surplus society (not deficit society) as inpired by verse 219 of al-Baqarah.
I also mentioned about the need to profile every citizen on financial literacy. It is a must. How? Big data and A.I.
