材料:
牛肉餅 100g,蔥 1/2 tbsp,辣椒 1 tbsp,胡椒粉,雞蛋 1 tbsp,餃子皮,生抽 1,醋 1/2,辣椒粉 1/2,芝麻
做法:
1. 將牛肉餅切碎,加入蔥,辣椒,胡椒粉,雞蛋拌勻
2. 放在餃子皮上,用水封口,蒸 8分鐘
3. 將生抽,醋,辣椒粉,芝麻拌勻

100g Grilled Beef Ribs, 0.5 Tbsp Minced Green Onion, 1 Tbsp Minced Hot Chili, 1 Tbsp Egg (Whites+Yolks), Dumpling Wrapper
- Seasoning: 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 0.5 Tbsp Vinegar, 1 Pinch Sesame Seeds
1. Dice 100g grilled beef ribs. Add 1/2 Tbsp minced green onion, 1 Tbsp minced hot chili, 1 Tbsp egg, season with pepper and combine.
2. Water the edges of dumpling wrappers, add fillings and start making dumplings.
3. Add to steamer basket and steam for 8 minutes.
4. Mix 1 soy sauce, 0.5 vinegar,1 pinch sesame seeds and stir until well combined.
